I purchased a Samsung A73 on June 6th, 2023. Initially, I visited around 30 shops in the Burdubai Area and extensively searched all major online markets to compare prices. Eventually, I found that Red Apple had a reasonably lower price compared to online prices (200 AED less). Unfortunately, they didn't have the color I preferred, but they had the phone in stock (as many stores engage in cross-buying and selling with a small profit margin). The staff at Red Apple were strict but fair; however, they didn't provide any complimentary accessories like a screen guard or back cover. Despite this, considering the fair price they offered, I would be willing to purchase from them again.

First critical feedback is the location and route on Google is wrong. It is near to York international hotel, adjacent to Sharaf DG metro station.
Secondly the rates and staff are really good. They give good price and greet you with smile.
Good recommendation for electronics items. 2min walk from sharaf DG metro station.

Imported electronic items at reasonable prices a tad below the show room prices. You will get almost all famous model phones and other gadgets in this small looking store. Also recommend checking out the other electronic store diagonally opposite to this one.

Our family has been patients of Crookston medical centre for over 15 years now. However these last few months this centre has completely changed. You used to always be able to get an emergency appointment in the morning or pre-book an appointment. Now there is no pre-bookings available and when you call in the morning you don’t get an appointment.

I’ve had a severe pains in my shoulder I’ve consistently called & not had a single appointment. Then the after hours service of NHS won’t see me either because it’s not an “injury”. My mother is also in the same position & is just sat here waiting trying to get an appointment.

What do we do? Sit here have pains & illnesses.

I’d be willing to change my review once this centre goes back to how it used to be.

I think there’s been a change in management or a change in how they are taking appointments.

Ps…. Before we could book an appointment a few days in advance sometimes even a week. Now that matters we don’t mind waiting knowing we could be seeing our doctor. I also think it might due to lack of doctors that may actually be working at the practise now

Whatever I just don’t understand how it’s impossible to get an appointment now.

the worst GP I have ever seen.
They are not responsible for the people.
I was sick today and I made my appointment at 11am , until 6 pm I just waiting for the telephone appointment. During this time, I call them 4 time, and they just said you should wait. At 17:55pm I call back and they told me doctor had an emergency. If it was true, they can inform me before they leave.
They are IGNORE me.she hanged up my phone and I WILL COMPLAIN TO THEM.

This is one of the best practices I have been a patient with. They treat me with dignity and respect and all staff show empathy to your needs. You get face to face and telephone appointments promptly. I work in 111 and assure you deal with patients complaints daily as they cannot get their practices to answer their phone calls. I can only say I feel luck to be a patient of Crookston Medical Practice.

Great surgery, the medical and nursing staff really listen to you, even when your not talking sense. Cannot complain about this surgery at all, been great since dr Barnes and dr Graham started it.

Never had a practice so well run and organised. Many friends and family can’t believe how responsive their system is to medical appointments. My husband and I have 3 children and never once have we not been given an appointment when we required it. Particular mention to Michelle at reception who is very warm and helpful.
