I recently visited Red Tag Clothing store and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The prices of their dresses were incredibly affordable, with most falling within the AED 20 - AED 100 range. Despite the low prices, the quality of the clothing was amazing - I couldn't believe how much value I was getting for my money.

In addition to clothing, Red Tag also sells a variety of household and decorative items, making it a one-stop-shop for all my needs. What's more, they offer a loyalty program, which rewards customers based on their spending. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Red Tag and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great deals on quality clothing and other items.

Especially writing this review for Arshad! Last week I went there to shop. I had visited the store before in the same month and had discount code. Unfortunately I forgot about it by the time of billing. Went back again amd there were difficulties but the guy Arshad made sure all things go well, I got discount and although there was a bit chaos the man stayed calm and even smiling. Thank you. I am a more loyal customer now.
Bcz its not just the products that I like, they are much affordable too but its mainly the services that make u a loyal customer or make u loose one

Very week costumer service!!!

Actually I am a red tag regular costumer. I am writing this review with heavy heart. I was really impressed with their designs and costume and I visit DCC red tag often. However the brand puts efforts will go in vain because of the employee. Special counter person one boy is not good and he is showing impartiality and judging the people. Everybody should be treated equally and they have to give some respect their regular costumers. It really made me upset. If they behaving continuously like this they will loose the their brand value also.

very very bad experience for delivery of products which has been purchased from store through online platform.
they took the payment upfront and did not delivered the product.. even after soo many follow up over the call no response.. pls do not buy products from there as no guarantee for same.. till yet i did not got the product its been 10 days till yet no delivery done-- Deira city center order

Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
amazing & fashionable clothing’s , it was my first visit in RED TAG Deira city centre store today , I found excellent quality stuffs , perfect styling sizes , such a amazing brand stuffs in affordable prices & offers , attractive colors & many more, I just visited with my friend to look around and have no plan to buy a more than 1pc shirt , but I bought more than 15pcs and my friend bought too because of service and friendly staff. ➡️specially thanks to Mr. MUSSAVIR .he’s very helpful the guy searching my sizes my style of clothes without any negative posses he assists me more than a hour with smiling and very energetic because of him I look more and more , he keep me to try the clothes , and he try to find my unavailable sizes in other RED TAG stores . I have been many years in UAE and shopping around others brands and always I’m very disappointed with the staffs there because no one coming to ask me for anything and assisting us in proper way , but after I visited RED TAG I’m so impressed ,I wanna visit again with my family soon ,I will highly recommend RED TAG ,
