Very Very Unprofessional I selected Saree, and they gave me a price and agreed later they added the price for material, and I also agreed as they first said its added in stitching and later added separately I asked their manager twice the calculations, and then he said around aed 2215, and then we were waiting for Tailor they kept saying 5 mins and he came after an hour!!!

So this Tailor comes slowly and when taking measurements the lady who showed me the saree and another sales guy started talking and then they are showing me different prices. when I said your manager told me this price, they called the manager, and he said yes, I said this price, and they disconnected and started arguing, saying that maybe he thought it was another one and there was only one saree which I chose.

Total waste of time and I had to reach somewhere and they don't have courtesy to say sorry and kept arguing and let a customer go!!! Also Ac wasn't working and it was too hot inside the shop!!

This is like day light robbery and didn't expect from a brand like Regal..totally disappointed & doesn't recommend and there are many other stores much better pricing and hospitality!!!

Poor customer service & Rude & doesn't care about clients even if the store is empty!! Management needs to train them on how to behave!!

Regal claim to offer tailoring services. However, they are absolutely incapable of making western clothes, no matter how simple the pattern. Even with a photo of the type of dress I wanted they butchered it. When I went for a trial the measurements were all wrong. Then, the "Master" says - it's o.k, sometimes this happens. He also refuses to take responsibility and starts blaming the material, the style and me. He even scolded the girl who let me try on the dresses. Everyone elses fault. Of course Regal refused to compensate me for the cost of these dresses. They wasted my time and money. I urge anyone who wants to stitch western clothes to go elsewhere.

The tailor is completely overrun and makes empty promises. Do not get something made if you need It for an event. It will not get done and they are super chaotic. You get what you pay for.

My husband and I have had an excellent experience with the staff at the Barsha store of Regal Fabrics, I can highly recommend them for their accuracy and care. I had a dress copied and some alterations to another dress, both turned out exactly as requested. My husband is having a suit made, he has had 2 fittings so far and is very impressed with the time taken by the staff to ensure he has a good experience and receives a tailor-fit suit to his requirements. Well done!! I'm sure we will be back to order more items.

I called the store some days back to get a stitching done and the gentleman who received the call was not at all interested to hear anything from the other party. I asked him if it is possible to get a blouse stitched and can be delivered in 6 days instead of 7 days as quoted by him and he was so agitated and rude to an extent that i apologised for asking it from him. Clearly, poor customer service standards, would never ever consider no matter how dire the need is!

Great work always! I come here often to get my suits tailored and if I have any custome outfit to be made. Raees master, is the man extremely helpful and helps with any ideas or improvements!

I find the employees quite rude and seem so clueless and don’t attend the costumer at all.

Ordered fabric online for the first time with Regal - it is a well designed website and good ease of use. Clear communications over email. Delivery was done in 2 days. Properly and professionally packaged. The only thing I would say is that the collections online are not the same as in the store (I could not find white linen fabric even though they have it in the store). But apart from that, very happy with the service ! Thank you
