Rented an office space for a week at the beginning of the year and paid the full amount the last day. 3 weeks later I receive an email from Regus that my account is blocked for non payment. Contacted the Regus office, Regus global, provided 3 times the credit statement as proof and Regus just closed the ticket. No resolution or progress whatsoever. Stay away from this place, this is theft.
It is now almost 5 months later and I still get payment reminders (although I paid the full amount) and threats to close accounts. They are disorganized thieves.
Do not get confused by the feedback below. I contacted them multiple times without any action. It took close to 7 months to get this more or less resolved with Regus directly. Never again…

The office is clean and bright, but that will never justify disrespecting people up to that point.
This matter has been brought to attention of the Consumer rights authority in Dubai.

They will try to charge u even when u cancel
As ppl mentioned in the comments it’s bad service
And they have this attitude
They will try thier best to charge you
