Upon finding out that there were vouchers for hair, I decided to contact the owner and ask for my voucher to be valid until the beginning of July instead of mid-June. She agreed and I arranged to go pick them up but I decided to call her before picking the vouchers up.
She told me that we never made that deal even though there was conversation proof that the deal existed, and spoke to me very rudely and disrespectfully. She called me back a few minutes later saying she was confusing me with someone else but then told me that I don’t have the right or the place to ‘teach’ her respect. I simply told her that I felt disrespected and I didn’t like it.
There was so much disrespect associated with the entire interaction, and I cannot express the unprofessionalism that I faced with this salon. The relationship between a business and their client is strictly professional, and there should never be a reason to disrespect anyone like this. This was by far one of the worst interactions I have ever had with any business, and I urge you to make a difference in your attitude towards your clients.
