I was struggling to locate a few spare parts for my Renault Megane 2014, until I met the experts from this Service Center. Mr Randy Batula the spare parts specialist, guided me to all the need to know for my Car. Thanks to His expert guidance and His Patience to all my querries.. I am just waiting to book my Car for Service and enjoy my Renault Megane on Dubai Roads again.

I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Renault SZR branch. Very professional service and attitude shown by Patrick. He went over and above to make me comfortable, offer his office to sit and do my work, kept regular checks on my car, offered speedy service and most important of all- gave me good prices. I am very impressed with him and the showroom on the whole. Will highly recommend.

Poor service. Vehicle not checked before handing over to customer. I don't know whether the vehicle washing is included in the service contract.

Service quality is OK, can't tell if it's good or not because I'm not an expert, however people are nice of course.
But won't come here for any diagnostic or repair issues any more, because you don't know if you're scammed or not.
I wanted to do a regular car service and also check on an issue with my breaks. The result on the phone is I need to replace the breaks because they will only last for another 4k kilometers, and the cost will be 2600 AED. When I arrived at the service center, 4k km became 2k km. but in fact the breaks are already changed less than 1 year and I haven't driven so much. After the diagnostic in another garage, this 3rd party garage also said that my breaks are new, no need to change.
In addition, this service center is also involved in an insurance scam with the previous owner of my car.
Thus if you have an issue with your car, find a trusted 3rd party garage and don't come here. They will just take advantage of this opportunity to make you pay for an expensive repair, while the issue is not there.
For regular services where the price is fixed, there is no major problem (as far as I know)

In addition, based on my experience in UAE, when you see a comment on Google like "u003cName of the personu003e is such a good sales/mechanics person", the review is not independent, it's written because the Renault person told the customer to do so.

⭐The place is great and is the only Renault service centre in DXB. Due to this make sure you carry enough buffer time with you to get things done.
⭐Arun Krishna was super helpful and took care and addressed all the details of my car servicing.
????Overall service quality is great and
????you can feel it while driving the car.
????Car washing can be improved.
????Procurement of additional parts might take time.

This entire showroom is literally only for show , the customer service is even below anything in this world . The reception and the sales men . We have been in the show room
For 20mins just walking around and nothing. Then we kept waiting for someone called syed and he was not helpful at all. It would have been a lot better if we didn’t waste our 20mins waiting and could have viewed other show Rooms.
