I was well look after by Kritika and the rest of the team at Reverse. I had my keratin treatment done here and the stylist was very patient and attentive along with the rest of the ladies who helped dry my hair.

Beautiful new salon and extremely hygienic + hospitable!

I was offered me a trim after my services which I've accepted.

(My hair was not colored at Reverse)

Hospitality of Miss. Rose received well along with staff threading done by Anje,hair done by Susheela,Nails by vidya
They done their job very professionally and salon is very beautiful. Must visit the place

Exceptional service! Loved every detailing from the minute we entered the place! Beautiful and cozy decor.. Service was beyond words, all the staff made us feel very comfortable.. Thanks to Rose, Sushila, Rinku, Vidya for making us feel at home literally! ???? Services rendered were beyond the expectations as well! Would definitely return and recommend to others! ????

Nice experience. The staff is polite, welcoming and efficient in their respective field. Got a complimentary foot massage on friendship day. Overall a must visit Salon for all your beauty needs.

My visit to this newly opened salon was overwhelming as I must say that the staff is really upto the mark and welcoming.
Being a mother, I was reluctant n scared to trust any new salon with my daughter's hair, but trust me, Sushila and Rinku were amazing at the job, making my daughter happy to achieve the Hairdo she wanted to have ????
On the other hand; Vidya had stunted me with her magical hands, giving me an amazingly relaxing pedicure ????
I thoroughly loved the services and the warmth of each staff.
Keep up the good work, girls ????
Wishing more success to you all ????

I was looking for good salon with affordable prices and I found reverse beauty lounge
Got here a package and done almost all the services
Manager Rose is very accommodating and staff is really helpful and very professional
Definitely recommend the place and I will come back again

I got my keratin treatment so amazingly done by kritika and sushila. Very nice manicure by vidya and Enja did my eyebrows so beautifully. Loved their salon serives and all staff was so nice.

Got sent a letter asking to make an appointment with her, after having some blood tests done by the doctor that ordered the tests... Also told by that doctor that I was to make an appointment in 2 weeks time... Only when I phoned up to make an appointment told I have to phone at 8.30 in the morning. I asked would be the doctor that wanted to see me and was told probably not. So what is the point of doctors sending out letters asking you to make an appointment with them if you can't make an appointment. Useless service. So if there is anything wrong with me that needs a follow up how will I ever know cause I am not going to get a follow up appointment unless I sit on the phone for days and hours trying to get the right doctor! Why ask me to make an appointment if you can't make an appointment.

Had to call on them recently with a wee bit of an emergency. They responded swiftly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Super service from a great bunch of people.

Worst gp there is in Livingston , do not go if you can help it , and try not get dr.Kelly as your doctor and if you do no point in complaining to practice manager as they will not listen to you as dr Kelly is a partner at Craigshill , and most of the other health people are no better , you would get better treatment of a dog than you would with them , surprised they have not been closed down yet, dr Kelly just leaves his patients and dose not care at all , I phoned for help for my mental health I was not in a good place and the way I got spoke to on that phone was horrific , if you don’t dance to his tune he is a horrible man , I have never seen a more negligent dr in my life , I have been going since I was 11 for mental health due to childhood trauma and I was refused help as I was “to young to be depressed “ even tho I was diagnosed with depression and treated for it , went down at 12 not wanting to live and they said use this app it will help “it did not “ I have been over the years for help and get nowhere with them no point in even asking for basic human rights of them , I had to beg for help and no one listened to me , I then recently phone for help with dr Kelly (by no choice of my own there where no other doctors ) and he just said am an unhappy person (which if you knew me would know this is a lie) he then just said my problem was being crazy really so what’s the point , no wonder kids and teenagers and adults are killing them selfs , we try to get help and this is what we get , luckily I have amazing family and friends to help me more than these so called doctors or as dr Kelly thinks he is a psychologist

They send out a letter asking you to phone them up to arrange an appointment as a doctor wants to discuss something with you.
I phoned up in the morning, waited 1.5 hours on the phone to be said they dont have any more appointments for the day. I should call back tomorrow.
I call back tomorrow. Wasting another 1.5 hours od my life... No appointment but being a bit pushy they offered to call me in the afternoon.
I have tried to explain that in my workplace i can not talk on the phone any time i want and i can not take a dat off just to have a 5 minute chat.
"Somebody will call you" Said the lady. But as i did not have a time, they were unable to reach me.
So i phoned up again. 1.5 hours on the phone.
"We tried to call" Said the receptionist.
I have tried to explain yet again that i need to know a time, because they will keep ringing me on the wrong time. Yes, but there are no appointnents.
At the end, they gave me an appointment in 2 weeks.

The overall chat lasted roughly 3 minutes, as the doctor was interested if i mananged to talk to the ibd specialist from the hospital and they have seen my prescription being different than usual.

I have wasted nearly 6 hours of my life, for this.

Maybe one of the most unprofessional and incompetent places in Livingston... but hey, the receptionist will diagnose you and use her phone lifting skills to decide the doctors best course of action, really weird. The doctors are ok.. the over rating shows how bad the place is. Stay away if possible please it will only make you feel worse.
