Not recommended. Poor quality accessories. They sold something to me 10 times expensive and poor quality. The same product I got from from Amazon with 10 times less price and better solid quality. Staff is rude and doesn't treat well.

One thing comes to ur mind when u visit ride bike shop in Dubai, and that u are entering your own bike shop ! The team are super friendly and professional, you can blindly trust any advice whatsoever! Their collections are super but also discounted to their loyal customers! As for service fees , it is quite competitive comparing to the quality they provide! In summary, they draw the smile on ur face before u leave their shop!

Purchased a 26inch Liv - the service we received was excellent - we felt that the advice given was in our best interest long term - after a week of use we can see that it was a great choice. They took time to allow us to test different bikes and adjust them to suit - unhurried. There was real passion in the salesman. The shop itself is cramped (compared with other shops of the same which seemed better laid out) and the choice seems limited - we couldn't tell if they were waiting on more stock - but we would have bought two bikes possibly three unfortunately there just wasn't other 26inch bikes (for my wife) or 24inch bikes for my son. I could see that people were coming in but there just weren't enough staff to look after them so I can see the frustration. The passion is there - just needs better resourcing and layout.

The staff is friendly and professional. Jahed is quite communicative and knows the drill in making mtb properly set up. Got my bike moved from another shop branch and prepared very fast. Overall it was great experience!

Frankly, the place deserves a visit, the prices are reasonable, and it has most of the international companies and has all the bicycle parts

Very poor customer service. The staff trays you very well untill you buy the bikes from them, but if you ask for any assistance afterwards the service the staff give is so disappointing.

Bought an item from Ride Bike Shop remotely since they are based in Dubai and im a resident of Abu Dhabi.. the transaction was flawless and customer service was excellent!
