Neolithic service and outdated practices. The. Male phone voice was the rudest and most autocratic
I've ever come across. It's easier to just go home and die quietly.

The service of this practice is that bad, I'm seriously considering moving to a different location so I can register with a different practice.
If you want added stress and anxiety to your ailments, this is the place for you.
They make every interaction complicated, they really have no compassion and I don't think "help" is in their vocabulary.
Poor, substandard service.

I've been with the doctors nearly 3 years I've never known a doctors like it the receptionist need to learn more about depression and anxiety they also need to learn manners they shouldn't be the ones that decide whether your appointment is urgent or not absolutely a waist of time wen you ring they never answer the phone something needs sorting and soon bec they will probably end up not having any patients left soon

Horror show,
Took 12 days to get medication called after four days to see were they were at they couldn’t tell me.

Try getting a doctors appointment regarding mental health and medication forget it.

Why is suicide the uks biggest killer in men ???

Terrible! There used to be 6 doctors and nurses but now the are one of each and a few locums. It can take days to get through to make an appointment. Most days just the engaged tone, but if you are lucky you might spend 30+ minutes in a queue!

Things have been very difficult at the surgery since dr's Close left the surgery for whatever reason. This has caused a humongous overcrowding of the local hospitals and massive surge on hospital staff. Increases from 4 to 6 hours waiting time in a matter of less than an hour and all seems as though the caring doctors that once where in our local surgeries, don't exist anymore.

Call for an appointment as your ill, 72 hr call back… as it’s a Friday….. it could be Monday till you get a call back…

Wow health board sort this out. Hire more GPs and staff on reception that smile…. Not one smiles or has an feather weight of compassion or care when they speak to you…. Why because 99% of the patients are Fedup with the waits to see someone…

I have phoned 50 times between 8am and 9am trying to get an appointment for my son, it’s been constantly engaged but will keep trying.
How do you get to see a doctor at Rhoslan Surgery, they should install a queing system, then at least you know you will speak to someone eventually.
