Worst shop in all arjan they make fun of customers, i was a daily customer every my bill between 20 to 150
And they make a problem fir me in my building, i ask for orange they send mandarin 4 time i return it and they keep sending once mandarin other kalamntina , i ask for fresh vegetable they send on purpose the rotten.

I dont recommend dying from hunger better than to order from that shop .
Eventually, they blocked me

Prices are doubled or more for each products. You are not "right buy" you are a big "Wrong Buy" and I have never seen such a biggest stolen from consumers. Owner, better go to steal from somewhere???? And there are many expired goods, yet they still force you to pay for the expired goods

Why are you deleting BAD REVIEWS??

Poor customer service. Poor management from the store manager. Always yells at his staff in front of customers. Not disclosing final cost for online deliveries.

Very bad service . Very tuff team .. pushing me to add more product to buy . Other wise they will not deliver .. any how that kind of supermarket I don’t think that we have to deal with ..

Location: Al Barsha, tecom. This will be the worst super market I've ever entered in my life. The store manager is extremely rude to his staff and the the customers. 0% professionalism. Customer service is at the lowest here.
This was arround 11pm I entered the store and bought a few items along with a 5 ltr water bottle, I was told by the staff (helper) that I could have the water bottle delivered, but upon paying the bill I was denied by the staff at the counter & the store manager. All I had requested was to get the bottle delivered and I would take the rest items by myself. The manager denied very rudely yelling on top of his voice in front of the everyone present there . And to top it all the delivery location (my residence) is the same building as the supermarket. Such rude behaviour has been noticed everytime I visit the supermarket. Serious action should be taken on such behaviour or I'd like to take this to the consumer forum of Dubai or DED.

The prices of the products are doubled the actual price of the product. They sell there products in high costs. Mostly the items are close to expiry or expired.
For example normal dosa batter in other shops or online costing 4.95 but only in rightbuy its 9Aed.
Just double the price.
Its better to buy from other shops.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Terrible service. They claim to deliver but even when they confirm on what'sapp they don't show up. When you ask they ignore you.
