My family have been ordering from Rise and Dawn Bakehouse for two years now and really enjoy their yummy fresh sourdough bread. Their ciabatta is so light, fluffy and flavoursome. Their seeded wholewheat sourdough and 75% highdration sourdough are also key favourites in our household and are deliciously enjoyable every day for breakfast. Our faces light up every time the delivery is made freshly in the morning. The smell of the freshly baked sourdough fills our kitchen and really captures our tastebuds. The quality of their bread is amazing. Their delivery timings are workable and love that it is freshly made that morning and delivered straight to your door. Their online website is easy to use and their prices are reasonable for what you get. I can also recommend their pastries and lamingtons, they are also very delicious. The only thing I'm disapointed about is that they no longer make their sesame crusted sourdough. That was their most delicious sourdough in their selection, so I hope they do reconsider bringing it back. Thank you to the bakers and service staff at Rise and Dawn for bringing us delicious and freshly baked sourdough that we love. Keep up the amazing work.

The best Korean Petal Garlic Bread Ever!

It's a soft bread with savoury cream cheese, with garlic and parsley sauce on top and its all melted into perfection! It's a little on the pricey side but i think its worth it with the amount of goodness you get in one roll!

It was delivered in a pretty box, and i loved the branding and the packaging my only down-side for this bakehouse is that i wish there was an easier way to order their baked goods otherwise i'd just keep ordering and ordering

Taste is good. A little over price. The worst pont is that then deliver in huge boxes for 1 simple bagel as you can see on the picture. Very sad

Sadly the reviews on delivery are correct. Hot Cross Buns delivered not fresh. Could be the packaging and transport or could be the actual product. Either way something management needs to address. Tasted one in the Sum of Us (chocolate) was excellent. Deliberately asked the staff about the reviews saying the products aren't fresh on delivery. He assured me the reviews were inaccurate and that everything was made fresh in the morning of delivery So ny guess is the packaging or delivery is drying it out en route. They could read the reviews and look for resolutions otherwise sadly the chefs and bakery staffs efforts are being thwarted. The in-store chocolate hot cross bun was excellent so hope they find a solution but wouldn't order delivery again until they do.

I have ordered baked goods from you and received them yesterday and I must say I am very disappointed. None of the items were fresh and it was clear there were in the fridge for a while. I spent more than 120AED and was left utterly dissatisfied. It wasn't my first time ordering from you hence I know what the quality used to be. Muffins, rose croissant, rose cronut and beef sausage rolls... very very disappointed. Send you an email with the feedback and no one even cared to contact me to clarify that.

I just saw these reviews and felt like I had to add my own! This is my go-to bakery, the food is absolutely delicious, the packaging is gorgeous and the customer service is incredible- I highly recommend it!
