Location is very good, but staffer isn't. While the busy potential customer waited, the staffer was busy giggling with his visiting friend. The experience was disappointing.
The owner of the business should check whether the very people he employed are doing disservice.
There's still hope. These things must be corrected.

Excellent customer service, professional and friendly staff. No lineups, my issue was resolved within five minutes. Location is very convenient, on the ground floor of Al Shafar Tower1.

It's a small corner shop with no seats to rest on. But they will get the job done. Better than going to Manara centre. Underground Parking is available.

Guy was 30 mins late...queue of 5 people...only to find out they don't do Ejari.

Wish people would post accurate information. Yet another typical Dubai huge waste of time.

I went here to check if they could do legal translation for my degree certificate to Arabic. They do not have that service, but they provided me with the correct information on where should I go.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Parking is always available, just use the car park in the building for 5AED/hr :-)

today at 10:10 was closed and 3 people were waiting since morning...
