Food so good that it’ll throw you into a food coma-

This is by far the best Iranian food I have ever had in Dubai. The meat was extremely rich and flavourful. Salads were fresh. Rice was soft and tasty. Everything just came together so nicely.

The tea and desert after the main course was just perfect too. Had the saffron ice cream with butter chunks (this hits you in the chest) and was shocked at how rich it was.

The restaurant itself is quite elegant and the mall has plenty of underground parking. Definitely worth trying out if you’re on the lookout for quality Iranian cuisine.

This restaurant not only serves the best Iranian food in town, but among the best food we have have had in Dubai. Each dish is delicious , the meat is so flavorful melt in your mouth, the portions are generous. In addition to the excellent food, the owner and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great customer service overall. Eating at this restaurant is always a treat for us.

The atmosphere of dining with the Burj Al Arab View both day and night is very special. (However, if you go towards the smoking area, it is a bit limited to see that nice view)

The taste of Iranian-style kebab is different from the typical Lebanese-style kebab, and it is juicy and harmonizes well with the rice served with it.

For weekend visits, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.

Most of the staff are friendly and listen to customers' needs.

I rate it without hesitation the best iranian restaurant currently open in Dubai. The food was amazing & the service was top notch. All the dishes are decently priced. The falooda ice cream dessert is a must to finish off with your meal. Highly recommended.

Went there on an invitation of an Emirati friend of mine, who heard plenty of compliments about Iranian Kebabs at Rivas at The Mall, Jumeirah.

Atmosphere is a bit dull, and it feels incomplete - as well as there was no background music. Lightening also was somewhat lacking at some areas, but we were greeted with smiles and were assisted to table we wanted to dine.

We ordered slow-cooked Lamb Neck, lamb cubes stew with almonds, and Mix Kebab selections followed by Saffron Ice Creams.

Lamb neck was definitely on point, juicy, cotton soft and flavorful - but it was served mild hot. I would have preferred it hot.

Kebabs were juicy, deliciously marinated - up to authentic Iranian standards.

I was not really fond of the taste of the stew, it felt it was not finished the way it was supposed to be. The taste felt just incomplete.

Overall - it was a good experience. But can not say that it was an outstanding one.

Mix Grills, Lamp shank, salad and bread. All were excellent

Employees are friendly

Service is fast

One of the most famous Persian restaurants in Dubai, reservation is required per WhatsApp or telephone. Large amount of tables available. The location is close to Burj Al Arab.
There is a long list of regional specialities, and in addition known kebabs. It was delicious.

We had lunch in Rivas, and we had a pleasurable experience.
The interior is great, with a very spacious area, some TV’s, a buffet area, a barista’s area and a great view on the Burj Al Arab
The service was okay, the employees were helpful and knew the menu, however they would not do some things spontaneously, like bring glasses of water for all of us, unlike how they only brought 2, for the amount of people that ordered water. They also forgot to bring them later when we asked again.
The food was fantastic, everything from the assorted herbs to the olives with pomegranate to the kebabs was delicious, due to this, I think this may be one of the best kebabs I had in town. I really recommend Platter 3, which has 6 kebab skewers and rice with it.
And for all of this, the food is pretty affordable, as we paid 340AED for 6 people, definitely worth it.
I am not sure whether this place offers entertainer.
Altogether, if not the slightly unresponsive service, this place would be 5/5
