After a disastrous experience at another hair salon, I was a little nervous to get my hair done at a salon. My fears were put at ease when Robert expertly brought back health and beauty to my hair. I love that he cares enough for his clients that he will recommend what’s best for you! It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by someone who is such a great master!
The salon and all the staff are extremely friendly, polite!
Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for hair cuts, color and blow dries for years, ever since they opened the hair salon actually. It’s always a wonderful experience. The staff is always so professional, attentive and welcoming. They take the time to listen to my preferences and offer valuable suggestions based on their expertise. I am always happy with the result!! I highly recommend Robert Alexander Salon to anyone seeking top-notch hair care.

My most favourite salon in Dubai. My friend referred me to it and I've never looked back. Everyone is lovely and I always leave feeling like a million dollars. The team listens, cares and advises accordingly and do the best by you. Love them and love the results everytime!!!!

This was my go-to salon for mani-pedi when I stayed at Media Rotana. It’s located just in the entrance of the salon so you can see it right away. You can park outside or ask the hotel for parking. The salon isn’t big but it’s clean. Staff are accommodating especially the Filipinas. They would ask you if you want water or coffee, etc. Unlike other salons who don’t even care to offer water to their customers. I was happy with the mani-pedi service. Quality nail polish. I was new in Dubai so I wasn’t aware of the pricings for nails, thought it was fair.

Cons : Not good for eyebrow threading. This is based on my experience with them. I had done eyebrow threading once after my mani-pedi, it was a disaster. I didn’t complain because the specialist was a Filipina and I also don’t want the owner to do something unlikely. So I just moved on.

After years of coming here, I say; if you’re looking for a second to none service, great products and professional stylists that know what they’re doing, then you have to give them a try. Trust me, soon they’ll become your hair masters too.
