Extremely Disappointing Bosch Battery - Short Lifespan, Frequent Replacements

I purchased the Bosch battery with high hopes for a reliable and long-lasting power source from MG service Centre- Dubai, but my experience has been nothing short of a frustrating nightmare. This battery's performance has been shockingly abysmal, with a lasting capacity of just six months before requiring replacement not once, but twice in the span of a year.

From the get-go, the battery failed to live up to its promises. After just six months of use, I found myself facing the hassle and expense of swapping it out for a new one. Given the reputable name of Bosch and the premium price I paid for this battery, I expected far better performance. The fact that I had to invest in two replacements within the span of a year is simply inexcusable.

The inconvenience of having to replace the battery every six months cannot be overstated. Not only is it a drain on my time and energy, but it also puts a significant dent in my wallet. If I wanted a battery that needed constant attention and replacement, I would have opted for a cheaper and less reputable brand which will easily go 2 to 4 years without any Hassle.

The utter lack of lasting power in this Bosch battery speaks volumes about its overall quality and durability. It's clear that the manufacturer has cut corners and prioritized cost savings over delivering a product that actually serves its intended purpose. A battery should be a reliable and long-term investment, not a disposable item that needs to be replaced with frustrating regularity.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money on the Bosch battery. Its six-month lifespan is not only laughable but also an insult to consumers seeking quality and longevity. I regret giving Bosch the benefit of the doubt and will be looking elsewhere for a battery that can actually deliver on its promises. Don't make the same mistake I did – save yourself the frustration and avoid this product at all costs. I have No other Choices because my MG vehicle is under warranty and has to do it in Showroom only.

It has been more than 1 week since we applied for the service for the dishwasher, but no one is following up and no one is responding. For such a brand, it is really unfortunate that this kind of service is provided, no matter how many times we call the company's phone, we have tried every extension, no one is responsive. .
A company with this brand but with very poor service and responsiveness.

My dish washer got damaged, after contacted bosch in Egypt, I've been told they can send technician during the day no afternoon appointment.
I asked to made my appointment first appointment in the morning they refused as my home is far than the technician home.
So I agreed to got an execuse from my work for the techniciEgyptan, but asked him to call before he start to drive to my home which he didn't do, and the first call was infront of my door.
When I start to complain why he didn't call me, he said do what every you want in a very rude way.
I've raised a complaint with callcenter with no response, called them twice to check for complain update.....no luck
No body care to contact me and my machine still not working!!!!

Wish there is negative rating for this Bosch delivery team. Have to follow up with them numerous times towards delivery of the product for which payment was made 2 weeks earlier. Pathetic delivery team and they never respond to your calls. They claims as big company but they have pathetic delivery team. Would never recommend this Bosch for anyone .

Never buy big appliances from them, they ask seller to deliver and not install. You chase them without any resolution for atleast a week. Even no one will call you for any update. Company with bunch of unprofessional staff and management

An expensive Bosch fridge was sold to me saying that the fridge is serviced in India. Once I moved to India, Bosch India says we do not service this fridge here, want to charge us Rs 3000 as visit charges and then proceed to tell us to get a new fridge and the old fridge isn’t sellable here either. Don’t trust Bosch products. Took us multiple follow ups in multiple days to get them to respond while our family with kids is without a running fridge

I did buy vacuum cleaner 2 years ago worth 400 Qar and today I did visit the service center to buy speare parts ( the brush ) for the handle and I found out that it will cost me 350 QAR almost the same price of new vacuum cleaner.

Very poor customer service. Awaiting more than 2 weeks of a simple spare part for my dishwasher.... obviously no replacement has been provided and keep lying/promising to revert back..... since today no visibility when and if my dishwasher will work
