The hotel was good. Room was good according to the money. But the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is room service. I need to call them 2-3 times for a thing I ordered.
Hotel location was okay. You can find some good restaurants there.

But one thing more please check the price of hotel on Booking app. Because they’ll ask for money when you visit the hotel.

But you can choose this hotel if you coming to Dubai in Budget.

The whole hotel smelled damp. Bad crockery. we were 2 people they didn't put enough shampoo and shower gel. Had with me 2 friends get to shout clothes and go out again. the staff stepped up they said it is not allowed to visit in an ugly way. Is not recommended. Greetings to the guest from Europe

You can stay at this hotel only to know how rude staff and mismanagement spoil a good property, spacious rooms smelly carpet, TV without channels, small insects and mosquitoes, inadequate lighting Roomy rooms with never working intercom, dirty curtains, no mini refrigerator in the room and no mosquito/insect repellent. If you want to invite your guest to your room for some time, then the reception staff can ask you for extra charge and if your security locker is not working then it will take minimum 10 days after daily complaint. it is difficult to determine the time frame for the intercom, I am only in the hotel for twenty days now and I will let you know the time frame as soon as my room intercom is fixed.

We had a room for two people at a cheap price. This is not bad. The only thing I don’t like was the carpet. I am not a fan of carpeted floors as this leaves a foul smell no matter how much you clean the room. Linn, the person in charge in the reception was particularly helpful and very charming. This person deserves 10 stars!

I was in room no. 409(single occupancy) initial and later in 410(double occupancy).

This is one of the good hotel in Bur Dubai budget wise

Their service are good

They need to improve their breakfast

Mr. Sarthak, Mr. Ajay and their housekeeping staff were fabulous

Please carry your travel adopter as they are having European switches.

So stupid service from Reception. Worst peoples in UAE are in the reception I can say. You will know if you mistakenly book here. If you see my review better dont book.

I didnt ask a smoking room but there was no available room. I needed to wait for at least 2 hrs to have a non-smoking room ready. Perhaps, still the room was so horrible, AC was not functioning well, Carpet had bad smell and tarnished, Bedsheet was not properly clean coZ i wasnt able to sleep well as it got my body itchy and insects were flying anywhere in the room. I had to open the window to keep off the bad smell in the room.

Bars upstairs were very noisy and very early morning some construction was going on in the hotel that made me awake whole night.

Actually this hotel is quite decent. It's a little old but the rooms and toilets are very clean. The reception are friendly and it's in a decent area of old Dubai.

The std room I booked through Agoda came with an attached living room so all in all its very good value for money

Keep in mind that they charge you an extra 10aed tourist fee which is not included in the price is the room.
