Great visit. Very sad that First bus is shutting down from Southampton on February 19th 2023.

Great place for getting your information for your transportation! Clean, tidy and very safety focused! There's an app now for all your information needs now, disabled friendly and access to the front door very easily obtained! 5*

Buses constant running late with no apologies or explanations given. Why advertise a timetable that the company clearly have problems sticking to? I have an annual pass but I'm switching to Bluestar in the new year as their buses seem to run as advertised when First Bus don't .

Nearly every morning I have to wait at least 20 minutes past the scheduled time for my bus to arrive. And being the only bus service in my area I kind of need a reliable service. For reference, today I arrived at my bus stop on prairie hill lane/pound road to catch the bus at 0742. It is currently 0805 and I have seen 3 busses go in the opposite direction but none this way. Terrible bus company if you want to be on time to anything. Only using this company because they're the only ones in the area.

Another week another Monday, bus was due at 0803. Arrived at 0827, need to go somewhere on a Monday morning? Don't go with first if you expect to be there on time

I am getting really sick of following the timetable and planning my journey from it because as I am walking to the bus stop I often see the bus going past several minutes earlier than timetabled. What is the point of having a timetable if the drivers don't adhere to it? It makes it impossible to plan and I often end up standing in the cold

Mostly clean busses and nice staff but extreme inconsistency when it comes to busses. Had over 8 buses not show up or be late for more than 5 minutes in a month. Would not recommend for free.
