Ate my words! Have always said I'm not particularly fond of India cuisine (despite being British!) but after eating here, I have truly been converted. Everything was so delicious and presented beautifully. Also our waiter was a sweetheart who went out of his way to ensure our celiac friend could enjoy all the not-necessarily-gluten-free dishes as much as possible. Just wish I took more pics as the entire place & food are so Insta worthy!

The ambience is very nice. The staff was very helpful. I am almost a regular at Roobaru and the food here never disappoints. Their lamb biryani and kheema pav is amazing.
Few Indian restaurants bring authenticity and fusion in a way that impresses, and Roobaru is one of them!

Food was excellently presented and all the dishes were unique and tasted really good Highly recommend the naan.
The service was also excellent, Sai kumar was knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations.

We had the iftar set menu + items from the a la carte.

The food was brilliant. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The kabab was succulent, the Dal makni was creamy, the jeera rice was cooked to perfection. The haleem was slightly spicier than I like but that's just down to personal preference. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

The service from both Nisha and Sai was very attentive and friendly.

They also kindly helped us with parking where Ajay personally escorted our car to the parking lot and brought us from the parking lot to the restaurant.

Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend this place. Wish you all the best!

I’ve been a fan of indian food ever since I was a child, but let me tell you.

This place right here is one of a kind, everything about it is special. The vibes, the food quality, the hygiene, and the attention to details. If you’re not going to be blown away by this place, I don’t know what will!

This place deserves recognition to be honest, I just hope it doesn’t get too crowded over the years if it gets famous, I like it quiet and calm hahahaha.

Great place for birthday celebrations and special occassions for those true foodies looking for a different take on Indian cuisine here in Dubai. Ambience is cozy yet delightfully peachy with warm lighting for photo ops. Plenty of unique delicious starters to choose for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Coriander Bombes are delicious. Personally liked their milk based boba teas (like the Roobaru Chai boba tea).

Prices are slightly expensive but can be expected for the Downtown location. Portion sizes are smaller for the starters.

Overall, Roobaru is a must visit for Dubai residents with a penchant for modern Indian food!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roobaru, an Indian restaurant that left me completely blown away. The food was simply amazing and out of this world. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a real treat.

The menu at Roobaru is expansive and filled with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for something spicy or something milder, there's something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the Paneer butter masala, Pani Puri, and the Beetroot bomb. All the dishes were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.

Food was fantastic. Staff were very accommodating. One of the best Indian meals I've had.

Seemed a bit pricey but being from New Zealand I'm only comparing it to NZ prices. Would be unfair to rate it lower on the prices as I'm unaware of standard Dubai pricing.

Would definitely recommend though!!
