Not your fancy Dubai place, but I give them well earned 5 Stars for the following reasons:

- Authentic and excellent food.
- A menu that is rich with options for all day
- Amazing prices, compared to places around them even in the same building.
- They open 7 days and for long hours every days
- Love their Karak!
- And of course, their friendly staff who welcome you and serve your order with a smile.

Dear Rosso Amore Restaurant,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your establishment. I must say that the service I received was extremely poor, and the behavior of your staff was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I observed hygiene issues that were concerning.

Firstly, the service provided by your staff fell far below expectations. Their attitude was unprofessional, and it seemed like they lacked the necessary training to handle customer interactions effectively. This left me feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a patron.

Moreover, I noticed certain hygiene issues during my visit. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to proper hygiene standards is crucial in the food service industry. Unfortunately, this aspect seemed neglected during my time at your restaurant, which raised concerns about the overall safety and quality of the food being served.

Additionally, I placed an order for delivery which was not delivered on time. The delivery person exhibited a lack of professionalism and seemed indifferent towards providing good service. Such behavior reflects poorly on your restaurant's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Given the severity of these issues, I strongly believe that necessary steps should be taken to rectify the situation. I urge you to address the shortcomings in your service and enforce strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of your customers. It is essential that you take these matters seriously to maintain the trust and loyalty of your patrons.

In light of my experience, I feel compelled to bring this matter to the attention of the local food health department. They should be made aware of the issues I encountered, and I hope they will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.

Worst food quality. Rosso Amore restaurant food quality is very very bad.

I will advise everyone even don't order breakfast also... very bad experience....

I had a very bad experience about this restaurant. The customer service is nil at bottom and they even don't care and listen to the customer. Even you will order food hours before they are coming as per their plan and its never on time .
One more thing to highlight i need to cancel my order after waiting for 2 long hours for my lunch they even don't have courtesy to write sorry for the reason of cancellation.

Highly not recommended.

The Worst Service Ever!!!! The employees are very rude! And will cut the call on your face.. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Delivery also takes around 1 hour. Very poor customer service

The food is old and very bad, plus the delivery takes a lot of time. I do not recommend eating in this very bad restaurant. This restaurant does not deserve even one star

I'm very disappointed , service is very very bad.. I gave order at 11:58am but food didn't came it's an hour wen im calling them they keep on cutting my calls..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Ruby has been attending catherine street for 3 months now and has loved every second, from day 1. She is always excited to go and loves telling me about her day, who she has been playing with and what activities she's been doing. Tapestry is brilliant too. Its nice seeing photos of the kids through the day. Thankyou to all that work with Ruby. :)

My son goes to the Whitehaven nursery and has only been there since June but absolutely loves it. Esther and her team are absolutely brilliant with him and can't wait for him to start back with them in September

Fantastic little nursery at cleator moor staff very friendly helpful and awesome with the children in their care highly recommend to everyone looking for a nursery and childcare

They offer fantastic services for young people and families in West Cumbria and, being locally based, really know their area and can identify it's needs. I was horrified to hear that they had, apparently, lost out in the recent Cumbria County Council tendering process and were likely to have vital funding removed. A London based organisation would take its place, thus ending 40 years of service to the West Cumbrian community. I wish them all the luck in the world and will be signing the petition to encourage Cumbria CC to overturn it's decision.
