All these new charge points installed yet everyone single one is occupied by inconsiderate k*******s who are too lazy to walk a few extra feet. Q-park too scared to enforce.
Edit: I've been told that the car park can't enforce the parking issues here. It's still a huge waste of money and frustrating installing something that can't be used.

Ken B was so helpful each time I come and provided me with great customer service and really useful information as I had just started a new job in Chelmsford and the parking aspect was really stressing me out. Absolutely brilliant employee and very friendly and helpful

I have been parking here since lockdown. All the team on site are amazing and it’s always easy to get hold of someone when you need help as contact details are left on display. The team are so very helpful and polite. The car park is kept immaculately clean. And the app with the reward scheme is very good ????

Visited with my grandchildren to go to the odeon. When I returned to the car park I had lost my car parking ticket. The parking attendant Wayne was so helpful and so patient as I was a in a right old fluster.I was with my 3year old and 7 year old. He even asked if it was aright to give them a lollipop. Thank you so much for sorting out my parking and making paying to leave less stressful. Thank goodness there are still some lovely kind helpful people out there. Will definitely use the Medows car park again. Thank you Wayne.

Always a pleasure to park , Nothing is to much trouble , Ken B is always at hand to help ! Car park lovely and clean and there is always spaces available even during busy times !

All areas of car park clean and tidy and well lit. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Especially like the fact that you pay at end of stay instead of trying to predict how long you will be when you arrive.

After a eventful day with my partners car breaking down after paying for my ticket and making the security gentleman called Ken B aware of the situation, he couldn't of help us out any more if he tried, he helped us push the car out of the car park while waiting for our recovery, even had a laugh and a joke with us. Thank you so much Ken your a diamond! You made our day less stressful.
