The best experience I've ever had in my life just watching a movie!
The reclined chairs was unbelievably comfortable, food was amazing and the hospitality of the staff is outstanding.

Very nice cinema, I actually prefer Roxy to Reel. Nice comfortable seating, they seemed short staffed so this aspect could be improved but would visit again as I enjoyed the experience.

Such a wonderful experience in a very luxury affordable atmosphere
When you try the platinum theatre you feel you are in a different level of service from red carpet to wide comfortable leather recliner seats with your own table for food and drinks to the clean packed blanket and a host taking you order and bringing the food to your seat
A full menu of various dishes and variety of food beside your normal cinemas snack
A nice club where you can set have a drink before or after the movie
All this was great BUT
Some staff could be a little more friendly, the sound system was good but not the best I have heard and the either it was because of the movie or the screen is too old which effected the picture that was blurry and felt like it is an 80s movie though it is a new one !!!!
I liked the experience and recommend it ????

Superb platinum experience. Pricey tho, 1 ticket is about 180+AED. Comfortable reclining chairs and 3D experience.
The only not soo appealing is their popcorn, it's just a regular popcorn - with hulls ????

Absolutely too cold! Every time I go to the cinema I need to wear winter jacket since AC is incredibly high. I asked many times to low the AC to have a normal temperature inside but nothing changed. Temperature in the cinema is ruining my experience and making me chose an other location.

Cinema Roxy in JBR became my favorite cinema just because of the good care from one person, his name is Sirus. I noticed that he remembers regular guests and is very kind and hard working.
He is the gem of Roxy cinema Jbr, a must for Roxy JBR to keep.

VIP feels on Platinum Ticket! There’s a lounge with friendly staff that greets you then gives free appetizers and drinks. I super love the very comfortable reclining sofa with blanket and table, yummy food, great service and cinema. The perfect treat for some relaxing time & self love.

We choose this time Platinium option. It is more pricey, but I can assure you it is definitely worth it. Great armchairs, fantastic service before and during movie, great dolby 7.1 system. If you love great movies, that is the place for you. I watched hundreds of movies in different cinemas, but this experience will be very well remembered and for sure we will return.
