I had been here for Friday Lunch (13-05-2022) They presented a new texture of GHEE RICE COMBO. The way they present was ,we can eat the ghee rice without any curry,the quality was good -- taste is delicious

The food served was excellent, but their delivery is really pathetic. We will order some items , and they will delivery something else. Multiple times they have made this mistakes. After regular warning also they use to repeat the same. But the foods are delicious.

They serve kerala cuisine in reasonable price and tasty wise I just felt average only.

Was there just the once for lunch. The prices are super budget friendly. The taste is also very good. We ordered a chicken and fish barik set, a beef fry and a mackerel fry. The fish was priced at AED 12 and I have never had one that big for this price anywhere in Dubai. Attaching a pic for reference. That's a full sized plate by the way. Will definitely visit again.

Bad service always giving wrong orders. When people trust you with their money you need to treat them right. Some workers don't know to to serve the food. Always given wrong orders! I wish I could not even give one star . The manager need to check how their workers are messing up with the customers satisfaction. This is bad!! I can not be very hungry order food and you bring me the wrong order or the wrong preparation. Not only once many times!!! Your customers service don't deserve even one star

Very bad service, if they dont want to deliver, they just dont, they should inform the customer, very unprofessional. I get so mad, calling them many times and they just answer - coming, its been almost 2hrs now. I hope other restaurant will be establish in this area. By the way royal baik delivery boy smells very bad too. They dont even deserve 1 star for their service.
