Thanks to all the staff of Royal Continental Hotel. Very professional, smiling and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent for access to shopping centers and the metro. Breakfast has a good variety. Spa facilities, swimming pool and coffee shop are a great idea. All parts of the hotel are very clean and fragrant, the rooms are clean and well made. I wish the bathroom and toilet were a little bigger. The bathroom does not have a bathtub. But it is very clean and has a pleasant feeling. Mr. Rohan located in the hotel is wonderful for guiding Iranian travelers. I thank them. It was a pleasant trip for me and my family. Thank you to the entire Royal Continental Hotel group. I wish you to reach the heights of success.

Great hotel overall. The staff is amazing especially the restaurant staff Nisha, Dinesh and all the rest. I will definitely visit again

Throughout my stay, the staff Nisha, Dhiteen and Rany consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. They were always available to address any concerns or requests I had, and their response time was remarkable. A huge thanks for all the staff of Royal Continental Hotel. On the stay of 1 week, The Royal Continental Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and top-notch amenities. The food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious but they serve the same menu everyday there’s only a small variation. The pool and fitness center and this have some other activities like pool tables, these are perfect for unwinding. Highly recommended for its excellent service and convenient location where we could see the DXB airport for the the room in the 11th floor.

I booked the hotel for 5 days, the staff at the front desk literally tried everything to assist us, they did their best to make us happy, they offered us an early check in for little money and made sure everything went smoothly. I was awed by the amount of effort I saw on their part. They really made my stay very nice. The hotel room was very clean, anything requested was delivered on time. Couldn't have had a better say. Thank you Ahmed,Amisha and Akta all staff, you are an asset to your company

Best hotel with excellent location located at the city center deira.extremely rooms are clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff amisha ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city guide shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again amisha for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was great has a lot of varieties, excellent location (near to mall, metro station and airport), hotel/restaurant staff are all friendly and accomodating, best value for our money, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. ????
