Fantastic Gym. Go in and do your thing at your pace. I value it more cause it's like a family gym. You know everyone, and that helps. Nice range of equipment, and if you dare want to be a strong man/woman, then you have got all the gadgets there, too.

Lovely gym, really friendly and welcoming. Good range of weights and cardio section is decent. Specialist strongman equipment and training available.

Andy..top bloke!! Donna...excellent trainer!!..very welcoming, helpful, always willing to pass on their huge range of knowledge! Not pushy or intimidating in any way...you want a good gym and to train hard then this is the one to be at!!

Friendly couple of owners. Feels like a little family there. Enough equipment for all fitness goals. It is not just for strongman training. Good value membership as well.

I'm so glad I drove past this gym last year, I was looking for a proper gym to go to and found it and not far from home with a welcoming and good atmosphere as well and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to get stronger and build up .
