I have a completely positive experience with the company. Specifically, I worked with Vladimir. I didn’t have to run around strange apartments a lot, they listened and took into account my requirements and offered to look through several options. Most of me were completely satisfied and had to choose based on little things and feelings.
Also helped with process, solved all the questions that I had. We did it, as they say, on a turnkey basis.
And now they periodically ask me about my accommodation and answer my questions.
Great service!

I had a good experience with this agency through Artur. We quickly organized viewing and the next day a contract was signed already. Professionally enough. The advantage is Artur fluently speaks Russian what helped to understand each other faster.
I will recommend my friends this company.

I recently dealt with royal home real estate to purchase a property, specifically Arthur. He is very nice and knowledgeable and always ready to support. Always found immediate answers to my many queries and he made sure to explain every step of the process clearly before doing anything. Was very hassle free and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good real estate agent to use.

I have recently dealt with Royal Homes Real Estate to move homes. I contacted Vladimir Serov who was outstanding from start to finish and still after I have moved he has checked to make sure everything is okay with the new apartment. Moving is a stressful time and we had a short amount of time to move and I am so thankful for Vladimir as he relieved so much pressure with his help/ support he gave. Nothing was ever too much for him and always willing to help. If you are looking to move please contact this guy, you will not regret it!

My experience with royal home was good.
Everything went smoothly and they were very professional.
My contact person was vladimir and he was very polite and kind.
He understood my requirement and showed the the property that were in line with my requirement.
Even after we took the property from them, he helped us with repair maintenance etc.

We have recently moved Apartments. After having extremely poor experiences with real estate agencies who promise you the moon and then leave you to struggle it was refreshing to have found Mr. Kalpesh Thakkar, from Real Home Real Estate. Kalpesh is extremely professional and was there with us the entire journey which lasted close to 4 months as we were very picky about the Apartment we wanted to live in. He showed us multiple units which ticked all our boxes till we finally settled in on one. He assisted us with the 'Moving In' formalities and is still in touch with us unlike most other agents who disappear into thin air the minute they get their commission cheque.

I would strongly recommend Kalpesh to anyone who is looking to buy / rent property in Dubai. I must admit you don't find professional realtors like Kalpesh Thakkar and we feel blessed we found one.

With Royal Home you can be rest assured all business will be done timely and professionally.

I took a flat for rent in business bay from this management company and their service couldnt have been worse. They just keep on postponing things and never deliver on time. Even after discussing the dates for pest control, ac flush and deep cleaning, they didnt comply with it. Then they sent a lady to do general cleaning and tried to lie to me that general cleaning is same as deep cleaning, even though the cleaner herself told it is not same.
Now after moving to the flat, I realized bathing shower is not working and it has been 5 days with me following up with them and everyday they just tell me they will let me know by end of day but nothing happens. They refuse to share the number of the owner and want everything to be done through them but they are highly incapable of doing it.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. If you are going to deal with them please make sure to make it clear that u want to get everything done yourself and want reimbursement, otherwise you will end up like me.
