Room is so beautiful. But the water so hot when I shower can continue because water boiling. No Internet connection only they said technician will come until we out no one came. The good thing is parking so near easy to take the car anytime. Restaurant near down only to the bldg.

ROYAL MARINA INN is not related to any hotel it’s just a privet apartment and you can rent from the building security also.
Really I don't know how they rate it 4 stars in booking website.
All fake photos on booking.
Not in a good condition.
A Lot of flies and mosquito in the apartment disturbed all of us full day and night.
Dirty condition.
Very bad smell.
A Lot of maintenance work going on outside the apartment and too much noise disturbed us a lot with a drill sound early morning.
Locker was damage in the room.
No any room services to provide you anything during my stay.
Not safe at all if you rent something from unknown person.
No safe box to keep your items.
If I know all this important information which they hid in booking I will never think to go for it.
NOT RECOMENDED TO GO.

No wifi provided the whole day of our stay very disappointed as the mentioned amenities is totally untrue.

This is not fit to be a hotel at all.
The shower doesn’t have a screen and shower head leaks water down. Waiting for the fix for the past two days in our three day stay. So no bath for the past couple days. Lol sweaty Dubai..
Also, I m not even starting to talk about the poor quality room and living space. That’s another level of poor management..

So kudos management. Good job being poor..

Been in hospitality industry for 10
Years myself and travelled the world. So far the WORST experiece ever. False advertising .. the photos on the website are fake are miles away from the reality. The staff makes it even worst. Waited at the reception an hour for someone to come in and take us to our room as the building is shared with other businesses. Weird smell around the building. Wifi was not working. Tv not working. One of the most horrific experience in life. We stayed here the last day on our dubai trip out of 10 days. Totally messed up our trip. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a better stay. Book here if you wanna be dissapointed. Ugly apartment .. shabby walls .. the light didnt turn off in the bedroom so slept with the light on all night. Very untidy and unclean. The owners of the business should pay a little attention towards the business as it also reflects the hospitality of a beautiful city. After amazing 9 days in Dubai we were shocked to get this treatment. This business should stop operating and the Dubai tourism authorities should come and check the place and shut it down.

This is the most cheapest option available around JBR and Marina. I only recommend this if you are out with friends for a party night and would only use the room to just come back and crash. The building is called Marina Diamond 2 and this is basically like serviced apartment setup. The rooms were pretty clean compared to the standard I expected. But location wise, this place is amazing. Literally 10 mins walk to "The WALK".

The picture that they post is not the same in reality???????? we are shocked when we arrived. It's a normal flat only. We also think that this apartment is front in the beach but it's far. The swimming pool is look not clean not good if you have kids. We are disappointment expectation versus reality????

Misleading pictures on every website. It is practically a studio apartment in a building in Dubai Marina. Not prompt with house keeping services. Isn't a professional hotel, it's more like a room rented out by a few guys working together. One star for the insanely high pricing they have for the quality of the rooms and service they provide.
