they don't maintain the gym equipments. There are 2 treadmills and 1 of them is broken since long. Generally gym is not well clean, smelly and old. Elevators are broken very often. They don't clean the outside building glasses at all. There is always leakage and mold inside the house but they never find the issue. Pool turns green color and seems like they cant fix the issue even though they close the pool very often because of maintaining. Many solo living bunch of men around. Generally building materials quality is very low.

Clean and well maintained building.. No maintenance issues or nothing at all while living there.. Highly recommended.. ????????

I will not recommend to rent an apartment in the building as there is a lot of hazel and obstacles if you have to move in with your household equipment they are not cooperative and everytime if you have to replace anything they ask for security deposit for the movement to use the hall and lift area.

Hope someone will see my post. As i have been sending email and messages but I am not getting any responses.

My car got damaged inside the parking building and to my dismay, CCTV on the said area is not working. I have been sending emails and messages to the building manager and no answer from them. I moved in to this building to find peace and security. But this is what I am getting now. I have reported this to Dubai Police, but sadly, reporting an unknown incident will cost me AED 420. Will they shoulder this? is there anyone who can help me?

If you are into history this is a great site to explore!
The surrounding woodlands are used by walkers, mountain bikers and archers. (if you see motor bikes using this area, you should probably report it to the local authorities, I'm not sure they have permission to ride there) The castle is nothing more than some stones that are well and truly buried under the earth. It is was an old dwelling site. But, from here you can walk to some amazing places. Go and check out the old church and Ice house located next to the A608.

Brilliant wooded area, great for mountain biking, trekking, strolling, plenty of elevated area's to keep you fit, and wonderful wildlife. Peaceful and tranquil too.

I mean, you need to manage your expectations because there aren't any towers or drawbridges or anything, it's just earthworks. But it's a bona fide castle site so one for the history nerds really

There is no castle here as it was a wooden structure. There is the ground layout which is still visible

No actual signs of a castle but can see the shape when at the top of the hill

There is nothing here that resembles a castle. This area is used for dirt bike racing.
