It was an amazing salon , Miss Eli did my hair and my eyebrows so so so so nice I really enjoyed
And I did spa with Maya was incredible super nice .I did manicure and pedicure omg so so so super good They are with full experience and nice manner ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️????????????????????????????????????????????????????????And Maya ! She is the best in Manicure and pedicure ????????????????????????????♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Amazing staff, great atmosphere and most importantly efficient and professional services. Mary is the queen of hairstyle and Madell is the cutest princess of nail art. I really recommend this salon to anyone who would like to feel comfortable and happy.

Actually its the best hair extensions saloon ever and the lady there called Lheo she’s the best ever …. It’s my 2nd time now and my hair is healthy and extensions didn’t affect my natural hair …. And btw they have natural hair as well it’s amazing …. I’m sooo happy from the results … thank you Royal Retreat ❤️❤️❤️

It was so lovely and relaxing. The best service, very professional staff, clean and calm ambience. The Facial session with Dona and the body scrub experience is worth trying.

Royal Retreat Spa was the best salon i had. I did my gel manicure, pedicure and massage. It was so amazing , specially the team was so excellent. Maya and Joanne was highly recommend. Also the coffee was so delicious. I'm so happy to keep coming back in this Salon.

If you book a massage here, make sure you ask for Wayan:) I had a Balinese massage, and I loved my therapist. She was thoughtful and I felt comfortable with her. She was in tune with my needs, using the right pressure and focusing on the knots. I was late getting to the spa, and it was closing, but Wayan stayed longer just to make sure I received the best massage. There was no overtime, she did it purely to be kind. I'm usually quiet and don't like chatting, but felt at ease, and we had a lovely conversation. There was quiet time when I just wanted to relax and enjoy. Thank you Wayan, you are a star! You have a fan in London, I wish you could move here, but I'll be sure to visit you again soon! xx
