Been to the premier suite on many occasions the last being the rum and reggae night in December 2022. Lovely food served by friendly approachable staff, great party entertainment representing good value for money. Well done to the staff and managers for putting these great events on. Just booked St patrick's night.

We are at the Family Christmas Party. We are seated by the bar with no walk through to the bar so everyone is barging us. My 5 year old and 2 year old didn't have any food in front of them until 3.30pm. After advising it would be 1.30pm. I have a 14 month old Daughter with down syndrome so when booking I checked to make sure she could be accommodated, basically the food cooked soft as she can eat what we all eat. I checked 3 times and was told yes. This was not true so she had no food. I spoke to Sharon the manager who basically called me lier. I showed her my phone for all calls and the call that they gave to me to check the menu. She walked away in a huff. A very lovely bar man I think his name was Bailey went to get the owner for me who refused to come out and speak to me about the discrimination shown against my daughter. I have 3 hungry children and 4 adults. The food was inedible, the vegetable ls were rock hard, turkey burnt etc.

I am genuinely suprised that an owner wouldn't take the time to speak to an unhappy customer...... Only one of a lot as at least 10 people walked out with disgust.

In this day and age an owner and establishment disgriminating against a special needs child is utterly disgusting.
Leving children without food and being tottaly dismissed by the manager Sharon about the very upsetting situation just added to the attitude of we don't care.
The owner Scott refusing to speak with me as he was to busy is shameful, the young barman asked again and again was told no or if u wait arounf for a few hours he might see me........ Oh if course and let my children be even hungrier.
I also advised the manager that my son had boiling hot soup spilled down his back.
As he was to busy to come out and speak with me I have called to request a call back as I want every penny of my money back. I have emailed our local MP and if I do not get my money back I will be taking him to small claims court.

What a fantastic experience , this is our second Burns Supper event and it surpassed expectations. The food was brilliant, the staff friendly and engaging and the entertainment was first class. We are already looking forward to next year.

Fantastic New Year’s Eve celebrations at the premier suite . Arriving to a glass of bubbles and group photos . Delicious food, wonderful entertainment by the band and DJ and a magician too . Thankyou Scott and team for another awesome night

Went here for a fight night. Amazing experience. Good setup for audio-visual point. The only downsides were the bar ran out of 2 draughts before the event started, the host could barely be heard over the microphone and the room got so warm that I started to feel unwell but I was fine once I left the room and stood at the window. Other than that great experience and I would go back again

Fantastic night at the Christmas rum and reggae night. Fast efficient friendly staff served a scrumptious Christmas meal, wine on the table prosecco reception and lively entertainment, great value highly recommended
