For me, it was the first time after 3 years old of my car. My experience comes good, the process of technical inspection took 1 hour and 10 minutes, I think because it was Saturday,
This branch includes a lot of businesses like an insurance agency, cars dealer, restaurants, coffee shop, smart kiosks, ATM, and cars accessories shop

I recently visited Tasjeel Barsha for a vehicle inspection and I was really impressed. The service was super fast - they had 7 inspectors on site, so the process was quick and efficient. I have been a regular customer of this establishment for several years, and I must say that my recent visit was truly exceptional. The team has undergone a remarkable transformation, displaying an impressive level of organization and efficiency. What used to be a lengthy wait in previous years has now been significantly reduced to just a few minutes. It was amazing experience at TASJEEL. Staff, building, procedure and system CLEAN like a hospital. Easy information easy, fast,time frame.. everything is good as a masterpiece of art.
Appreciate all the efforts which we don't see to reach to this level of service.
I would give 10 ⭐s if possible.

Fantastic customer service. I booked VIP service and because it was busy, the branch manager offered to help and did my registration and for other people. The whole thing was done in 10 minutes and my plate number and registration card were printed instantly! Top class, gotta love Dubai♥️ Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had to do a comprehensive test and the places was busy, however we requested the manager to help us out as we came all the way form sharjah and had to go back. The manager was helpful and sorting out our issue in the fastest time possible. Thank you

Quite disappointed with the VIP service. No clarity where to go to get the token. I had to wait 15min simply to write request number in a slip and given to a counter. As soon as the slip was given the counter person left the counter. When asked where did the person go, no answer.

Can implement token system. Can advise how much time it takes for our turn.
