1. Go to the security booth and personnel will ask for your Mulkiya, if you don’t have it, they will ask for the vehicle plate number and your mobile number. Once verified, you will receive a token number and a request paper. Personnel will inform you which lane should you take to get your car inspected.
2. Mechanic will approach you and will take the request paper. Then they will inform you to wait inside the waiting/customer area.
3. You will see your token number on the screens, you can also see the status of the inspection via online application, link will be sent to you via SMS upon receiving your token from the Entrance personnel.
4. Your token number will be called by any of the counters, you may process the payment via online application, or through the counter. You can pay the inspection fee only AED 170 or pay the full amount including the Mulkiya renewal which is AED 350. Once paid, the counter will return your key with the request paper which you had given to the mechanic.
5. You can complete the process by going online, link you will have received via SMS after making the payment of AED 350 for the renewal. Click on the Registration renewal and fill in the delivery details how you’d like it delivered to your address. You will receive a link to download your renewed Mulkiya immediately.
Note: Make sure you have paid and renewed your vehicle insurance and got it activated before going to the center for inspection.
