I have always wanted to learn to play the piano and after research and trying certain studios in Dubai I came across S&C. I have been very impressed with the people, the quality, the attention to detail and how I progressed so quickly without even knowing anything about music. I take my lessons with Stefan and I have progressed quicker then expected just because of his teaching method. Very disciplined and ensures the best quality on each lesson. I am super pleased and continuously amazed with the learning experience. I would highly recommend the studio and instructors for all levels.

I started my guitar journey with Stefan four months back and he has been a great teacher and a mentor in this journey. He is extremely systematic in his approach and very patient with his students. He has not only helped me to improve my solo playing style but as well understand the basics and concepts of guitar.

Stefan has a warm personality, a lot of passion and wants to genuinely see you progress becoming a well rounded guitarist.

He is always available to answer your queries and I would recommend him to anyone who is either starting or is an intermediate player.

Located in the 1st Floor of DIFC Gate Avenue, this music store offers a great brand lineup of musical instruments.
The place is quiet and looks professional. The display of musical instruments are amazing and inspires those who pass by

S and C music is a great place to learn the piano. I joined as an absolute beginner and have been taught by Stefan Joubert. He is very methodical and thorough in his approach and ensures that I master each piece I play before moving on. As a beginner, spending time on each piece to get the timing and articulation just right gives you a solid foundation in learning to play the piano and will hold you in good stead for the future. Also, Stefan is very patient and encouraging and therefore I always feel comfortable during the lesson and not overly tense or nervous.

I was only able to be in Dubai for just over a month but wanted a few lessons. S&C were very accommodating and I signed up for ten lessons. I believe the normal minimum is three months. I basically wanted to learn a few chords and be able to play at least something fairly simple. I have had music lessons in the past and can read a little music but nothing amazing. I liked that S&C tailored my lessons to my requirements and I was able to drive my own agenda. Learning with Paul was a lot of fun and he is a great teacher. I learned a lot in a very short time. In fact the whole team at S&C are great and very professional! Hopefully I can return in the future and continue learning.

I recently started learning the guitar at S&C Music instruction, I have no previous background in the instrument and so it really is a "from scratch instruction".
I am genuinely really enjoying the whole process, the instruction is excellently and patiently delivered, the location and the premises are of a great quality, easily accessible, making an extremely comfortable learning space.
in addition, as an adult learner in full time employment with odd hours, the flexibility of study and hours of operation are fantastic for working professionals looking to take up something new in their spare time.
A big thank you to all the team at S&C, and I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for an excellent musical education in a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.

I have been taking guitar lessons with Stefan at S&C for about a year. I started as a complete adult beginner and have made significant progress. Stefan has an easy to understand and very effective method, but most importantly he creates a relaxed learning environment with the right blend of patience and encouragement. I highly recommend S&C.

Have been taking vocal lessons at S&C with teacher Maria for a few months now and rate the experience as simply fantastic. Professional with strong credentials, flexible and kind, S&C delivers fully for me wanting to have an artistic hobby despite the hectic life of Dubai. Last, Teacher Maria really shines through her professional background and mix of focussing on technique and being able to choose your own songs at the same time.
