I can only endorse the majority of other reviews. What a wonderful way to spend 1.5hrs on the Broads - with huge thanks to the staff; Christopher and Fiona, on the Queen of the Broads for their first class service and very warm friendly welcome, helpfulness and knowledge of the Broads, its wildlife and way of life. A party of 5, we took our 87 year old mother in her wheelchair and our 2 year old grandson - all were treated with the best of consideration for their individual needs. Our grandson hasn't stopped talking about the boat and all the animals he saw on the water. The vessel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and comfortable with all seats providing a great view of the Broads. Christopher's commentary is excellent and a good balance of information and light hearted banter. Whilst assisting my mother with the wheelchair lift, Fiona said she has the best job in the world - and that was clear to see.
On board refreshments are more than adequate for a 90 min trip. The whole trip was excellent value for money- highly recommended and we will definitely go again next year when we return.
There is only space on board for 2 wheelchairs and no buggies- clearly signposted on website so just make sure you pre-book and arrive in plenty of time to board.
Car parking is plentiful close by but can be very busy especially in holiday season or good weather. Thank you again to Christopher and Fiona for a lovely trip.

Really enjoyed this. Chris was our skipper and he was great, so much knowledge shared in a friendly informative way. Plenty to see on a gentle trip. We took the hour tour but loved it so much will have to do the 90 minute version another time. Spotted a heron and kingfisher - no otters this time.

Excellent company! We pre-booked a 12 people size boat, and we’re glad we did as it was busy. Car parking was easy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and gave clear instructions for using the boat. It was such a lovely trip! We had an issue with our boat, the engine stopped working but they came quickly and offered more time on the boat or full refund. Luckily we got more time on the boat and it was a great day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a boat trip on the broads.

I've been on 2 of the boats (Queen and Vintage). Both were good, but I preferred the Queen because of the seating positions.

The trip and commentary were very good. The staff were professional and friendly.

There are toilets, drinks and snacks available.

Plenty of car parking.

Fantastic experience, well worth doing if you are in the local area and don’t fancy the idea of hiring a boat yourself. Scenery is stunning

Chris is very funny, toll us all abouts broads, lady who serve the tea was really nice, was a really relaxing time and enjoyable 2 hours

Went on the vintage broadsman with Mat and Mel, fabulous hosts, both of them were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome before we had even stepped onto the boat. We were on a 1.5 hour tour and were entertained the whole way. The trip was very informative and interesting, as the guides talk to you over speaker about the history of the broads and more. I’d say boat seats about 40 people on the upper deck. There are toilets on board towards the back of the boat, and a bar downstairs. The top deck is fully open so it makes a lovely place to sit on a warm sunny day. On the second half of the trip you get a chance to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature after the speaker is turned off. Would be enjoyable for kids of all ages. Pets are allowed on board, so this really proves the whole family can get involved. Had a lovely time, will hopefully be visiting again! ☺️

Nice experience. A good place for boating with family.

Min 8 people ride so try to go with 8 people else you will loose extra bucks..
