The worst shopping experience I ever had at Sacoor - MOE.. The employees have a very rude attitude. They know nothing about appropriate customer service.. It started with the one Egyptian employee who had never known how to deal with the customer & pick the right size, she would simply say.. This is what we have if u want take it.. If not, don't.. I also got stuck in the fitting room, waiting for her to bring the right size, she disappeared.. When I complained to the manager, he said she is in the store trying to find the size for you.. Which was not true.. He started giving excuses, that they are busy during sales & blah blah blah.. He convinced me that her will get the right size by ordering fresh pieces online as he is claiming.. & he said, with max 3 days, I will receive the order, & since that day, I still haven't received my order yet..
Never ever to buy or trust or believe them again ????????????
Part two,
As I went back to collect my order after a week, a super rude Egyptian employee,his name is sayed told me we are busy with sales, we don't have your order yet.. What an execuse, online sales & his store sales are two different things.. He was impolite by saying if you don't like, cancel your order & refund money, he never cares.. I told him to check the system for confirmation, he said what I say goes here I'm " the senior manager" OMG.. What am I supposed to do with this fool.. I simply asked him to behave.. He threatened me to call the security in front of all employees & clients! So kiddish ????He is rude with no level of professionalism at all.. The other lebanese employee nour tried to cover the story..she agrees that this is inappropriate behavior, but of course, she will do nothing. Etc.. A bunch of unprofessional cheap staff.. They must have got some training before they start working.. She told me to contact customer service.. Which I'm sure will not bring any result with those people.. But that employee Sayed,, he will pay for his rude behavior... So he will understand clients are assets for the shop & without them he won't have work & never get paid!!! This is my last time to buy from Saccor . ????

Moreover, the material used for trousers is the worst. Its not value for money. I have disowned them
The material will fade away after one wash. Ironing trousers impossible
I am never ever shopping at Sacoor’s. Even at 50% discount its no value for money
