As a long-time customer of Sacoor Brothers, I am disappointed to be writing this negative review. The company I once knew for its quality and superior customer service seems to have drastically deteriorated.

I purchased two blazers from their Dubai Hills Mall branch just five months ago. What I expected to be a worthwhile investment quickly turned into a disappointment. Within this short span, without everyday use, both blazers developed visible wear marks on the sleeves.

Upon noticing this, I promptly reported the matter in person to the shop assistant in the mall. The shop assistant and even the tailor agreed with my concerns about the quality and advised me to contact Sacoor's Customer Care.

However, the response from Sacoor UAE Customer Care has been far from satisfactory. Despite photographic evidence of the quality issues, they dismissed my complaint, stating that the time frame for returns or exchanges had been exceeded. Their solution was a meager offer of a 10% discount on my next online purchase, which felt like a slap in the face rather than a sincere attempt at resolution.

Contrary to my understanding, Sacoor claims to provide a two-year warranty on its products, but my request for at least to investigate the case was denied without proper attention. What's worse, this judgment was passed without physically inspecting the blazers for the said damage.

The lack of proper communication, ineffective complaint resolution, and the dismissive attitude have left a bitter taste. I expected a brand like Sacoor to value its customers and provide support when its products don't meet the expected standards, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

The main reason for this review is not to discredit Sacoor but to bring to light the apparent decline in their product quality and customer service. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. Sacoor has always been a brand I held in high regard, but this incident has shaken my trust.

My advice to potential buyers: You may want to think twice before purchasing. If my experience is any indication, Sacoor's quality standards have slipped, and their customer service has followed suit.

Sacoor is one of my favorite brands when it comes to quality, variety of models, and the service provided by the staff. However, today I was extremely disappointed by the attitude of one of the female staff members. She was simply standing there, seemingly unoccupied, just opening a few clothing packages. I was standing right behind her and politely asked if she could help me find the size of the trousers I was looking for. To my surprise, she didn't even bother to look at me or respond. It was only when another staff member quickly came to my assistance that I received any help.
After trying on the trousers and exiting the fitting room, I approached the same staff member again to ask for a smaller size. Since she was closer to me than the other male staff member who had previously assisted me, I thought it would be more convenient. However, she once again ignored my request as if I wasn't even speaking to her. It was only when the same helpful staff member came over and assisted me again that I received the service I needed. I became curious and even asked him if she was a staff member here or not. He simply responded with a cool smile and didn't comment further.
This incident occurred today, May 21, at approximately 8:10 pm. I would appreciate it if you could review the video footage to witness the situation firsthand and understand my concerns. I sincerely hope that the management takes this matter seriously, as the level of service I experienced today is not what we are accustomed to in the UAE in general, and especially not in Sacoor stores.

One of my best destinations for superb service .Mr Mahammad has been quite supportive, patient and meticulous when it comes to advising on best quality and craft of ties.He ensured the customer is aware of all options, showed a wide array of options.He has unique gift wrapping techniques and his approach is highly individualized.He has had many customers around but was offering customized advice for everyone.Mohammad is cheerful, presentable and uses specialized language for promoting his products.He is a good representative for a premium brand similar to #SACOOR.
Last he offered me water I returned back to pick and he kept it for me .I miss their espressos and Piano playing too ....keep them across the board

Bilal was a great salesperson who helped me pick up a suite, get my measurements and sent for adjustments.
I went to browse around but ended up buying a suite 2 shirts and blazer.
Very friendly staff who make you very comfortable in choosing without pushing you at all.

I had visited a month back to this store. Worst experience there as the staff behavior was very shameful. He started judging me and telling you can go and buy from nearby zara or lcW. He was so undisciplined in his way of interacting with customer. He didn't even let us see any of the merchandise. He kept on trying to send me and my friend out of the shop. Sacoor should train the staff to behave nicely first of all.

Did my first ever custom suit. Mr. Mahmood was really nice and choose a nice combination of colors that matches my taste. Thank you and will surely visit and find more for special occasion.

Taking 2 weeks for an alteration is too long. You shall loose customers if you take so long. Also the staff in the store took no effort to consider my request to fasten the process
