I have been using this practice for decades. The doctors are excellent. Both my parents were treated here as a gateway to more specialised help. They have both past over. There has been ok parking around there. During my treatments the staff are good. During the lockdown, they made changes to more secure health by reducing the seating during waiting. The first engaging with a Dr. is via the telephone interview. The nurses are kind and great socialising to calm my nerves. I have been recommended a G. I. based diet from the head nurse Jean. It's in a book called 'the G. I. Diet' by Rick Gallop, published by Virgin for £14.99 at Amazon. Over three months I have lost over a stone in weight. My glucose level has gone down from 88 mml to 52 mml. This is good.

New system on the phones is horrific. Makes impossible for anyone to get through to reception. The phone choices will rather tell you your choice is invalid or that no one’s available and put the phone on your straight away. So you will have to ring up a good few times and go through the options all over again to get the phone put down on you numerous times rather than be placed in a cue.
Update: been in position one for 25mins, tried to call off another number to see but don’t let you go through as I’m waiting

New to area. Rang first and was told to come in and register. I was not told to bring photo ID and proof of address- only found out when I rang again having heard nothing about my prescription I was waiting for. Receptionist apologised but doctor said my prescription would go to Cohens Chemist. Having heard nothing, I rang Cohens and was told my prescription had not come through! Had to ring Coppull Pracrtice again to find out what was going on.
Today, I revisited the surgery to hand in my proof of ID. On the surgery’s website it says they are open today 8am-6:30pm and it was shut!
Nothing on the surgery’s website to say it closed on Monday 2nd Jan and no signs outside their property showing opening times.
This is poor. I may look for another surgery to join in the area if I get time.

I’ve been in quite a bit of pain recently. Trying to speak to an empathic practitioner is not happening. I’ve received various ill informed advice from a GP. It’s a tiresome battle trying to get well through this surgery.

Saw Dr Catherine Hart today for 1st time she is lovely and so caring a great asset to the practice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had annual review with nurse Carol just like to thank her for listening to a few problems I had and speaking to gp on my behalf resulting in a prescription being issued excellent service

I moved back to this surgery after two years away and am very pleased I returned. The staff are extremely professional, and more than that, are lovely friendly people. Just been in to see Tracy and Jean and was treated as a returning friend. If you’re ever tempted by the promise of greener grass at another surgery...think again. You’ll have to go a long way to find a better surgery than this one.

Joined this practice a year ago, had excellent service. Reception staff very helpful and understanding, no problem getting through on the phone, appointments available within reasonable time frames. Doctors thorough. Highly recommended.
