Low cost general home goods store. Don't expect these to run for life. Good for random stuff, just don't keep your standards for a high quality product. For example, if you need a broom or a bukhoor stand then this the pledge to get it from. They do give you many fair products for their price though.

Nice shopping center that sells cheap priced convenience items. Sometimes prices are cheaper than famous online markets even.

Stayed here for a week. The staff were friendly and location was great but the hotel lacked cleanliness and air conditioning. We had to be moved rooms due to us hearing rats in the walls and the fire alarm went off twice in the early hours of the morning. Great location for Wembley Stadium but overall so unclean and so ridiculously expensive when the hotel itself does not reflect the price we payed

This hotel is in a time warp, it’s so dated and clearly had no investment in decades.

The location is great but at just under £400 a night for a room on an event night at Wembley is beyond unreasonable and capitalising on the market.

In terms of the room itself; The Aircon in the room was broken, there’s a mix match of halogen bulbs throughout the hotel. The rooms and corridors were like a furnace. The whole decor is so dated and was old in the 90’s!

There has been zero money spent on renovations or maintenance at all. This is just simply kept ticking over with the minimalist amount of money for repairs to screw as much money out of people on the events nights at Wembley.

The tiny TV in the bedroom was so old and dated the picture quality was so bad I couldn’t read the text on the screen.

To add some balance the room was very clean to be fair despite the decor and furniture being decades old. Plus it is conveniently located close to Wembley. The hotel has a small number of free parking spaces and includes also a low budget breakfast too.

Would I stop here again? never! The price point is outrageous for the standard of the hotel and the official pictures online are a work of fantasy and bear no resemblance to the hotel in the flesh.

If this was £100 a night I’d probably be more complementary but close to £400 for such a dive is daylight robbery !

This was a great hotel for our trip to Wembley, short walk fro. The venue and free parking will definitely use them again.
Booking via the website gave us a free continental breakfast with an upgrade for z cooked one at £4 was very good value.

Rooms had a smell of mold and old just dated atmosphere to them. Hotel is also not as pictured.
Furthermore, the room was not cleaned before we arrived nor was it cleaned during the day when we were out.
This was tested since there was a pair of underwear left in the bathroom by the previous guest that was just laying on the floor for the entire stay.
It disgusted is so much that we ran in to sleep as little as possible and ran straight back out.
Breakfast is alright but not anything to talk about.
The lobby is full of ripped and decrepit couches that are lucky to still be standing. And the overall atmosphere of the hotel is cold and uninviting.

Would not recommend this place at all.

This was such a fraud. Chose this hotel based on picture. When we pulled up - wow, definitely not the same place as in the picture!! We went to front desk. Eventually we were registered. Then the power went out. They seemed to have no idea when it would be back on. It was very hot outside. When I arrived in my room, it was very dilapidated. Zero money has been spent on anything in these rooms. They remain the same as they were 30 years ago. Same mattresses I would say. The tv is actually a computer monitor about 14” maybe. Did not turn it on. The power was back on after about three hours so the air conditioner, which is a portable unit did cool the room off, which was amazing since the heater was on - behind the wooden desk. Kind of unsafe.

After the smoke detector went off twice in the night, I was quite tired in the morning. All in all a complete rip off. The only saving grace is the proximity to Wembley stadium. Save yourself some grief and stay elsewhere.

There are many convenience stores and shops near the hotel.

Although many people rate this very low, I disagree.

The 1 star reviews are very dramatic. The rooms are comfy, convenient, and they have most household stuffs, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, even a kettle and an iron.
The kettle smells a bit funky however

The hygiene is not the best as it could be. The rooms look very clean, but I still found some rather interesting stains and whatnot the longer I stayed in the hotel.
It won't kill you, if you're dramatic about that sort of stuff, that's very fussy.

There is air conditioning, and a heater. Even a TV. This hotel is not meant to be luxury, but it provides a lot of nice things.

The one proper downside was that hot food during breakfast must be paid for, if you only have a free Continental breakfast plan.

The 1 star reviews say there are cockroaches. I had no such experience with them during my stay. No bed bugs, the bed was comfy and the mattress was very squishy 10/10

The signs for how to use bathroom facilities are very clear. I had no problem learning how to change the temperature of the shower.

They don't have many lifts. You have to take the stairs usually.

The staff will judge you with their eyes only. Very polite and nice ????????

I got lice from this hotel. My friends and I came from a different country and there were random people walking into rooms that weren’t theirs, a water leakage in our ceiling, and on the last day of our stay I woke up to some bugs in my bed, which when I got home came to be lice. In addition, fire alarms kept going off as early as 3am, and when asked by the staff for a partial refund on everything that happened we got nothing but attitude in response. Save your money and go to a different hotel.

This hotel is all about the location, you are a 2-minute walk from Wembley, both the stadium and Ovo Arena.

Very lovely Japanese lady at the reception made it so much better. Very polite and caring.

The rooms are old, the mattress is well used, and you can feel all of the springs in it.

Decor is very 80s, and the Air Con unit was older than my granny's tea set.

All in all, you don't stay here unless you are going to Wembley and don't want to overpay. In this this hotel is perfect. I would prefer to pay more and stay next time in a better hotel.
