I requested a change to my booking for a ticket that is changeable and they never done it. They kept on telling me they will get back to me in 2 hours or 1 hour or 30 min until my flight time and after all they did not give me the option of accepting the change or not because the flight was gone. I tried to call many times and they all aid the same excuse that they are trying to contact the airline but no answer and the airline is Etihad Airways that operate 24/7. Their staff are not well trained and the manager give the same information as their staff. When you ask who can help and who is the person dealing with my ticket there was no answer.
Bottom line if you book with them expect the worse customer service in case you needed anything.
