Very doubtful about this place. The value of each townhouse is 670 k AED which is very cheap but also doubtful.

All houses are occupied but still some places available. Design is very poor. Rent per year 50 k Aed . Please check cooling system , lot of doubts.

Maintenance is very poor , it looks beautiful though but they don't Mainten it properly.

Also it is located inside and transportation and availability of food is a question??.

If you don't have you car forget about this place.

Swimming pool not working .

Looking at current value of Dubai property, it is very cheap.

I heard this project was a failure, their 2nd phase is on hold for long time.

Please avoid this community if you want peace of mind, the only pro is it’s affordable but BUT I have moved here with kids and family for the past one year and without exaggeration every month I have had Maintenace issues and a very unresponsive landlords.
If you plan to move here please speak to few current tenants and make a decision.

Very beautiful community, far from the city and in between the nature still all the facilities like Groceries, Restaurants, pharmacy with home delivery available. Neighbours are very kind. 24 hours security.

Visited a friend's place for dinner. Excellent gated community near Dubai Industrial city and logistic city. Serene silent environment with security control who are very much Helpfull.

Great community with peaceful environment, outskirts of dubai in the border of dubai and abudhabi.

Near by :Dubai industrial city, DHA TRAUMA CARE CENTER, opp side of Dubai parks and resorts.

You get everything delivered and you also have a small supermarket near by but they are ridiculous sometimes.

Nice villa if you prefer to stay quiet and peaceful.

Only problem is it is very far. But really good community especially if you want to escape pollution.

Lovely little shop. The gentleman who served me was welcoming and really helpful talking me through every beer I asked about and also gave me some nice recommendations to try. Little hidden gem this shop and worth a visit.

Plenty of choice of perfect draft kegs , sub and even the blade, I got told if I wanted anything particular they would get it for me, then let me know when it comes in.
Staff are very nice and it's easy to park outside the shop
Recommended.

Great little bottle shop in the centre of Barton. Really good selection of glassware, local and special edition craft beers.

Good parking, great variety, friendly and informative staff and also deals on some kegs. Very good seller whom I will continue to happily use again and again
