Verybad service...
Everytime while sending parcel they forget some items to send which is ordered.
Food is good in quality but due to poor service many of them stopped visiting this restaurant in new west camp jabel ali.

Poor customer service, the guy in the telephone is an id*ot. Im not finish stating my order he keeps asking for the company name and shouting after.

Worst service
I have to call every 30 min for my order rather that be breakfast, lunch or dinner
This guy in the counter receiving calls he is not only illerate but also he don't know how to talk to customers.
I don't know why such restaurants keeps such people who has no knowledge and soft spoken quality.
The food quality also depends
Sometimes it's too good and sometimes its worst than ever....
They need to work more on quick service.

Budget pocket friendly place with average taste. We tried their chicken biryani and it was average though quantity was enough for one person with this price.
