Worst real estate Afdhal/ Al ghurair.
They will forcibly deduct from deposit amount even if you return flat in better condition than received.

Please update your google listing and put proper guy in the reception. Before visiting this place, we have called to asked if they are open on sunday that's why I came and went. When I reached there 1 security guy sitting nicely and using mobile, and telling us to go outside because they are closed. We requested to sit for 5min coz we walked from the metro station and the season outside was very humid and hot. While even requesting even to sit for 5 min still he is forcing us to leave. This security guy name is Sadeq. Please do something with your people attitude!!!!

Good company all staff very good communication with people last 4 years I'm working in Al Ghurair company i have no any issues about salary or any thing.

Really don't like this company,they are rich family group in UAE but bad service really,very bad experience to work with this company. But what we do,they are big boss,all the staff like big boss.

Burjman, Reef Mall, etc. belongs to Al Ghurair Group which owned by local and established in 1960's.

Southend Pier, the longest pier in the world, measuring 1.3 miles. It was a fun experience to take a leisurely walk along it. At the end, you'll find a nice spot to have some drinks and ice creams. If walking isn't your preference, there's a train option available. It can be a relaxing way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon.

The longest pier in the world! Not a thing of beauty, it was built for practicality. A train ride to the end is the highlight. A cafe and lifeboat station are all that is there,but an amazing feeling that you are at sea. Well worth the visit.

One of the longest piers in the world, this was built in the 1800s. It's a nice long walk on the pier till the edge. One can also take a train and return. Enjoy very beautiful view while walking and from the dock at the end. You need to buy tickets to enter the pier. There are multiple option like walking both ways, one way walk and train or by train both ways.

Myself and my better half visited the pier on a day out a few weeks ago. We very much enjoyed walking the pier both ways, there were some stunning views! There's a cafe and a few huts at the far end, one of which we visited for lunch. Nice idea to use the old train carriages as a seating area too. The only downside is having to pay to walk the pier, however given the size of its structure I would imagine the upkeep is pretty costly.

It was great. Really windy tho. It was a very nice walk and quite the experience. The staff was friendly and the shops good as well.

I went in the school.half term,the weather wasn't to bad a bit windy on the pier but that's to be expected, we walked all the way rather than take the train and didn't really take that long which cost just under £6 (2 adults 1 child)
We got to the end, stopped for a drink there a cafe and toilets at the end there is a small which i think is to do with the lifeboats gift shop but that wasn't open .
There was a ship but not sure what it was you could go on but it looked like you had to pay, so we didn't do.that ,after a short rest we walked back ,seemed a lot more windy walking back but was still a nice stroll

Nice fun day with family. The family ticket for 4 is about £17. Train was fun. If you don't want to take the train then walking is another option. Walking is about 45 minutes, while Train takes 10 minutes.

Went out of season really got the full force of the Thames wind. Still lots open. Went to the Southend Pier on the train and apparently this is the longest pier IN THE WORLD. really lovely views at the end. I can imagine in season this would be a really vibrant place to come.
