Great experience with Paul whilst on a trail running weekend in Broad Haven this week. Responsive and courteous when booking, turned up on time and great source of intel on local car parks. Would highly recommend!

Shocking, called to book a taxi for Monday night at 10pm. I Was told that I didn’t need to book as Monday was a quiet night and although there was only one driver on, it would be ok. He would be given the heads up.!!
So I’ve just called an hour before - as I need the taxi tonight. After being repeatedly told no need to book, I called as advised an hour before and then I was told sorry love, I can’t do it I’m
On my own.
I previously stressed that I was on my own with 2 small children. Now I have to walk 2 small children through the lanes in the dark. Very very disappointed. I was also told that the driver Would be given the heads up. Poor service

I have used Jones’s coastal taxis many times over 5 days as my car has broken down, they have given me a fantastic service and are always on time. They even put up with my two labs going in the boot. I cannot rate this company highly enough, they have gone out of their way to help me and have been very kind.

Very friendly and reliable taxi service - we came down for a car-free carefree holiday in Littlehaven and used Paul and his drivers to get/from Haverfordwest train station. We booked ahead and they were always on time - also a font of local knowledge!

We have just returned from a weeks walking holiday, staying in Broad Haven on the Pembrokeshire coastal path. We didn't have a car so were reliant on the local taxi service, who ferried us around on numerous occasions ... the puffin bus only operates 3 times a week atm. Paul the owner (aka Ringo) was an absolute star and his 2 drivers Tudor and Steve also brilliant. Such a wonderful, punctual and affordable service. You really made our week Paul, thanks so much and glad to know Steve has been found !! All the very best from Ali, Lynne, Rick and Steve

Prompt and reliable taxi service. Spent a week on a walking holiday on the Pembrokeshire coast and was rescued on numerous occasions by Paul and his team of drivers from various locations along the coast! Would highly recommend using them. Thanks Paul and Co!
