Definitely not the best and not the cheapest, charging as official repair store, fixing one part and destroying other. Wasted time and money

Unfortunately not somewhere I can recommend
Nice gyys, but can they do the job?
Made appointment with them Tursday afternoon for 8 Saturday morning
So far - nothing but excuses
Finding someone else

Initially was one of the best n cheap garages in the vicinity. Over time it had changed now.

Used Doune Travel a few times now. Always on time and very professional. Cars/vans always immaculate. Had Ross, Steve and Kyle as our drivers. Ross always goes out of his way opening doors and helping with luggage. Would highly recommend

We booked this company to provide travel to and from our wedding for the majority of our guests. The plan was for the end of the night to have a bus do two runs, with the first run leaving at 11.30pm and then to return for the second run after that - we had told them the numbers of people they would be transporting in total and this was why we needed two journeys as there were two bus-loads of people. The bus was sat outside the venue from before 10pm and when my husband went to check if it was our bus, the woman driving said she had already taken 6 people back for the first run - not only was this far too early so nobody else would have been even expecting the bus to be there, let alone wanting to leave yet, but to do a run with this few guests meant there wouldn’t be enough space for all the guests to travel back as now she was saying she only had one run to do. At 11.30 (the actual agreed time to make the first run) the rest of our guests went to get on the bus and there was not enough space for them all to fit on, but she insisted she was only making one trip. She ended up leaving some of our guests behind who then had to struggle getting a taxi from an isolated venue with no phone signal in the middle of the night! Terrible service and very unprofessional. This was a stress we did not need on our wedding day and the driver was not helpful in the slightest.

Fantastic service. They Responded quickly to my enquiry and arrived early. Clive our driver was very friendly and a perfect gentleman! We finished our night earlier than planned, Clive changed his plans to pick us up and even popped into the restraunt to let us know he had arrived. The fare was extremely reasonable.. highly recommend Doune travel.

Mixed review on getting a taxi last night to Stirling the driver no name but he was Welsh speaking his attitude was absolutely atrocious
His driving was something else he also told us that no taxi was booked for coming bk which it was he sad I might be able to? This is no way to treat people then he got a phone call from lady in thornhill wondering where her taxi was he said he didn't know it was probably on its wat then he started to put food down!!!

On the plus side the driver that did pick up was lovely

Can't recommend Doune Cabs any more highly. My wife and I were recently up in Callander for our wedding and had 36 guests that needed transporting from the accommodation to the venue. Unfortunately I'd been let down by a number of firms in the weeks leading up before speaking to Steve who put my mind at rest that it wouldn't be a problem for him. We booked him for the midday drop off and then return leg after midnight and he didn't let us down once. He was on time, really helpful to our guests, particularly elderly relatives, and his 8-seater was immaculate. He was really easy to deal with leading up to the day and took a huge amount of stress away. Cheers Steve.

Taxi arrived in time as has been said on the phone, driver was polite and kind. Service was 5* and the price was reasonable
