I buy a new bag today. They told me a get a receipt. But I didn’t get one.
So I’m still waiting! A called twice times today but no one has been there yet.
And my Stoff bag is broken.
Please send me the receipt.

Level shoes store. I Cant emphasis enough on the horrible customer service i received. Went into the level shoes saint laurent to get a bracelet fixed. One of the assistants refused to take it in because i didnt have the receipt, she approached the manager or supervisor who had incredible amount of attitude on him and didn't bother to come and speak to me instead he sent me another sales assistant who asked me what the issue is (although she was fully aware)?!!!! Explained again-then she repeated what the manager/ supervisor had said which i overheard. They didnt bother to investigate or offer any help to resolve the issue (i asked for the bracelet to be fixed not returned) its a quality issue from Saint Laurent. I literally left the bracelet on the saint laurent display table because its worthless broken and i left. The manager and assistants just stood there watching unbothered didn't even try to reject it. I left the store and the bracelet was taken by them. Horrible attitude and service. Please avoid and approach another saint laurent store if u can.

The buying experience was good. But the after sale service is very poor.
My mens wallet started fraying on the edges within a few days. When I asked the executive about it, she simply said that she doesn't know anything about it and that I should email YSL.
A premium price-tag should be backed up with a premium after-sale service.
Disappointed.

I swear they put the prices of their snacks up on a Friday and Saturday night but when you got the munchies you can't walk out empty handed. Good selection of beer and they stick my favourite which is usually reasonably priced. Craig

Very friendly helpful staff and for such a small unit it's Covd compliant with Sanitation at door and one way around store adequately stocked with most items a convenience store should have small number of parking spaces and an ATM
