al_gaadel From the light restaurants in City Walk, the menu options are wide suited to the Diet and Halthy Food, the place and service is well worth the experience .

Very slow service servants had almost no idea about the dishes chicken avocado salad supposed to have pine nuts but didn’t, broccoli soup tasted like nido milk!

Great food and lovely scenery for all city lovers. Unlike many other salad places, the restaurant makes sure that you don't leave this place hungry. With a wide range of salads, burgers, sandwiches and main courses Salad Butique will satisfy even the picky eaters. Have to try BBQ Steaksalad or Mascarpone Pasta with gorgeous sundried tomatoes. Bringing your friends, you will find many options to share like hot&stuffed chicken nachos. Oh, and do not forget about the dessert! SB will indulge any sweet tooth with a variety of crepes and cakes! Worth waiting for hot carmel explosion with a scoop of ice cream on the top or a molten chocolate cake with real caramel injection!

Very bad service! The staff have no idea about the dishes! The manager himself is careless if the guest is happy or not!! Food is average! I wouldn’t recommend it at all to any one!

Overall bad experience.
The staff are lazy. Waited long time for food. The rossito was not tasty at all. schezwan shrimp sause was not optimum. The served food is not like the menu photo.

Fantastic service from start to finish, booking is easy and appointments are available at short notice. The doctor is very good; really takes the time to understand your problems and explain your condition and medication (including other options of things to try) in a kind, knowledgeable and empathetic way. She remembers you and seems genuinely interested in helping you and in your progress under her treatment. Couldn’t recommend this GP highly enough

Paid £48 online for an ear clean that I wasn't given. I was told when I got there that I didn't need one so received a 5 minute consultation instead. I thought about this the day after and wasn't too happy so gave them a ring, unfortunately the woman who took the call wasn't helpful at all, bordering on unprofessional. Their attitude is that they're right and I'm wrong, and when I asked whether £48 represented good value for money for 5 minutes' work I was told I was being aggressive! Absolutely disgusting. She ended the call by going silent for a minute or two then hanging up, unbelievable rudeness. As I'm having a problem with my hearing they could have offered me a discount on an audiology test for example, but no, there was no attempt whatsoever to address my concerns. I get the impression this isn't the first time they've received such feedback. I wouldn't mind paying £30 for a consultation for example then £48 for the clean if needed, but the bottom line is that they're charging for a clean then deciding when you arrive if you need one or not making it a gamble on the customer's part.

I would not waste your time, money or efforts contacting this GP clinic. From my first impressions contacting reception with a simple query, the receptionist Julie was rude and patronising and spoke to me with an arrogant and snooty attitude. I have now chosen to take my business elsewhere. I suggest this clinic works on the services provided by their reception as first impressions are beyond disappointing and uninviting.

Excellent service - lovely greeting from the receptionists, communicative sonographer who was bang on time with my scan. Brilliant value for money. Thoroughly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

Dr Burton has walked beside me on my HRT journey. She is full of knowledge and has answered all of my questions, giving me time during my appointments to fully understand this journey well. Her professionalism, knowledge and her genuine kindness make her a fantastic dr.

Experiencing going to the clinic yesterday for the first time, everything was amazing from start to finish the atmosphere the staff. But without a doubt Charlotte the doctor I saw was amazing made me feel at ease listened to me very caring and understanding and 100% will keep using her thank you so much.

Absolutely excellent. Attentive, interested & sympathetic to my issues.
My symptoms are under review and if I do not respond to medication prescribed I will be referred to an appropriate consultant.
Most impressed. So much so , my husband and I would be interested in joining this practice as permanent patients. Information regarding this opportunity would be most welcome.

Lovely clean environment- doctor was super efficient with my Daughter and took time to explain everything. Highly recommend if you are having frustrating time getting any answers from the NHS.
100% recommend.
