Really bad bakery, bought second time, gave them the chance, but anyway cakes ingredients are really cheap and taste really old fashioned cakes.

I usually enjoy their cakes. However, my guests and I were very disappointed in the quality and taste. The flakes on top of the ice cream seems to be crumbled cake vs crunchy. Would not recommend to others and I would not order this ice cream cake again. Below average taste.

Choco hazelnut verrine was the best 10/10
Doberge was good in taste but the cake tasted stale 6/10
Profiterole was yummy 9/10
Mango kunafa was average 7/10
Lotus verrine 7/10

Pastries are good but service very bad . Parking is difficult and today after finding a parking far away, they had nothing in the store! The sale person says shipment has not arrived yet and this is 10:30 am . I asked what time shipment comes? She did nt know. This is a second time that has happened to me in this store. Goods should be in store before opening hours and not after. The lady who works there very nice but communication with her is extremely slow , she speaks English but comprehension level is very low. Pls improve your customer service.
