It was a friday afternoon we visited this place for having lunch, only a few tables were occupied we got a very good seating...

We started our dining with starters murgh zafrani & mutton sheekh kabab - i liked the zaffrani kababs more because it was served with masala onions

Then we ordered murgh musallam - it was chicken drumsticks served with thick gravy & minced chicken - because of minced chicken it was bit heavy, it was prepared in awadhi spices so a bit mild spicy it was

Then we ordered tawa murgh - it was chicken boneless made with its signature spices it was again a bit thick gravy but it was not that spicy

Lastly we ended up with mixture of namkeen & sweet fresh lime soda

A soft old bollywood songs were played made our lunch more pleasant... staff were friendly... a second visit awaits

Don’t go by the looks from outside, just get and be mesmerized. This restaurant has beautiful interiors and the food is awesome. The service was quick.
About the food:
1️⃣Drinks: We tried their Paan Lassi and Passionfruit Mojito. Both were good. Loved the paan lassi more.
2️⃣Starters: Zafrani Murg and Burra Mutton. Both of them had a really nice smell. Succulent and cooked to perfection. Loved the taste of both.
3️⃣Main Course: We tried Chicken Musallam, Malai Kofta, Mutton Biryani and Magaz. Chicken Musallam had only drumsticks and I loved that part about it. Malai Kofta was perfect. Magaz had a very different taste and I loved it. Biryani was good as well.
4️⃣Desserts: Ras Malai is my favorite Indian Sweet and this was just the way I like it.

Overall, loved my experience.

Good ambience ,seating and very attentive and responsive staff. Unfortunately food wasnt the best...the dum biryani we tried was very bland and felt more like salted rice with meat(palao). Also murgh masallam was a very confusing dish. Qorma was good, though a bit nihari inspired. Desert was fine yet not too much exceptional.tried pan kulfi and shahi tukra.good but not exceptional

Food was just superb, liked the starters made of wide variety of chicken and mutton. The main course was also mouth watering specially the mutton biryani. Overall food quality was very good. Lots of parking in front of the restaurant. Try to have the Zomato 1+1 offer but it's time bound means for specific time of the day.

What I like about this place is sheer usage of Mughal Decoration along with very unique props across the restaurant.
Service is ok, nothing exceptional. Food is good, it has that taste of India. If you are looking for authentic Indian food, I recommend this.
There is ample of car parking just infront of the eatery, so don't leave your car home.

This place is famous for its mouth-watering Mughlai delicacies with a peculiar aroma and flavor of whole and ground spices.
So, if you happen to be a Mughlai food lover, this place is a must try!

Lets talk about food now:
Drinks We had the Lime Cola- The Spicy tangy cola lime drink is something you shouldnt miss
out.
Sweet Lassi- Ever so creamy and tasty.

Starters -
Mix Veg Platter: Methi Paneer, Mushroom Tikka, Veg Kebab.
Mix Chicken Tikka Platter : Chicken Sheek Kebab, Zafrani Tikka, Mughlai Tikka.
EACH TIKKA IN BOTH THE PLATTERS HAD A DISTINCT FLAVOUR & TASTE.
IT WAS HARD TO CHOOSE THE BEST AND MY MOST FAVOURITE

For the Mains -
Murgh Musallam : This dish is a unique blend of Chicken Mince& Drumsticks cooked in lavish gravy to taste royal & served
with boiled eggs
Kadai Mushroom: It was very good with the Naan.
Paratha- Lacha Parata, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Naan.

For the Desserts-
Gajar ka Halwa : The Gajar ka Halwa was a pure foil to the soul with the perfect sweetness.
Ras Malai: Like they say, dont wait for the perfect moment,Make the moment perfect by eating Ras Malai.

Loved the food and the service by Mr. Budhi Singh. Truly Lip Smacking Mughlai Food.

Heard a lot about saleems but they dint keep up to their mark.
We went for iftaar with a group of 6.
The food was a bit extra salty and spicy.
Only the chicken starter was good.
Even the starters served were cold.
The firni was not well made.

The service was good but
We hope they improve their quality of food so we can go back to saleems someday.

Saleem’s of Delhi is a nice, cosy and casual dining place where I wouldn’t mind going on a weekday. Among the main course dishes, the vegetarian ones were outstanding especially the Aaloo Udaigiri where as the non-vegetarian ones ceased to impress us. The starters are exceptionally good, both veg and non-veg.
