This resto never fails to amaze us. Food serving is not only generous but always delicious. They have been into this business long enough to really understand what Filipinos in UAE want. No need to do reservation for catering, they have resources to handle orders in a moments notice and can deliver in the most practical and economical way. This is our food today and another round for tomorrow’s new year’s party. Highly recommended. SaltNPepper

Not the luxury type of restaurant, more of a neighbourhood type, affordable to everyone, delicious food , i strongly recommended for those who like to try and enjoy food.

Been here for the first time, food was delicious, however, the service was a letdown, they are focused on Takeaways and tend to forget the Diners. Promised 15 mins prep time and it took almost 40 mins. and you will order a drink halfway, and you have to keep following up or have to go directly to the counter and serve yourself. Menu-wise, a bit confusing, It was in the description that the combo has a buko pandan included but we did not get one, and their Seafood galore have two prices. only a 3AED difference and it is reasonable however when increasing your price you should update all necessary things so your customers won’t get confused. Needs a lot of improvements. I must say. Will come back for sure. because food is def delicious! ???????? and by then will give you 5 ⭐️

I placed an order at Satwa branch. I am always ordering seafood galore and I was surprised the squid was not cooked well and it has bad smell already. I dont recommend ordering when they are about to close. Maybe they are in hurry to go home. I wasnt able to enjoy the squid????

It was a mess. I searched for their food online where I cam across their facebook account and made my order. When i got my order, it was all wrong. Apparently their food set posted on facebook is old and have a new set meal. Honestly there is no difference, just how its numbered. So i got full snack package for my lunch event. Imagine my frustration. Not ordering from again and telling everyone not to order here. Big mess.

the food was good but the service was so bad.. we order 3 days ahead to be delivered at a certain date and time and they were late an hour. this is the second time they did this, time to find another resto. i am very particular with my time, i can understand if they were late for 10 mins but not 1 hour.
will not order again.

Don’t bother with this one. Just go to El Batangueno (not on Google map for some reason) diagonally across the street.

Food at Salt n’ Pepper is just Ok but the small portions are overpriced. Service was poor. Food order came incorrect and incomplete. They brought us an incorrect entree and then were missing an entree. When asked about it, the waitress said it was available. We could have ordered something else but wasn’t offer opportunity. She never checked on us. I had to go and stand in front of her to get plates, bowls, utensils.
Also, they don’t except credit cards. It’s a modern city guys and you are a good sized restaurant.
