UpDATE your website!!!!
Al warba branch says opening at 10am but when we arrived 10:30am staff are not ready and says opening is only till 11am

Hidden Gem!

It's inside Warba Centre, which you haven't probably heard of. I order from this resto through Talabat and my favorite is their seafood kare kare.

The serving is good and reasonably priced.

CATERING SERVICE IS A MESS

1. In the form, it is said 20% downpayment and full on the actual day. The lady in Warba Branch insisted that I pay the 50%. I did pay just to get on with it.

2. During the celebration day, they delivered the food to the actual location.
I paid the remaining amount.

AFTER FEW HOURS, THE SAME LADY IN THE SAME BRANCH INSISTED THAT WE NEED TO RETURN THE CHAFFING DISH BY OURSELVES.

IMAGINE, WE WERE ENJOYING THE CELEBRATION AND IN THE MIDDLE SHE WAS PRESSURING ME TO ARRANGE OR REMOVE THE FOOD IN THE CHAFFING DISH AND IT WILL BE PICKED UP BY NINE PM.

HER REASON WAS THE DRIVER IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY.

This is a really BIG DISMAY since its our first time.

They used to have a delicious kutchinta and puto. We are a regular customer of this restaurant and been referring it to friends and family. But yesterday, we were surprised that the puto is so hard, very crumby, dry and tasteless. The kutchinta felt like it was soaked in water and taste like wet flour. 5 of my friends who are regular customers was disappointed and will never buy in this restaurant. I don't know if they have given us left overs or they bought it from somewhere else. They also charge us 20aed per tray when its clearly mentioned in the menu that's it's only 18aed. I'm not a picky eater, but believe this puto and kutchinta is not worthy of buying nor eating. Quality compromised.

I had a very bad experience at Salt N Pepper Al Warba branch. I went there to eat for my go to food like Pancit Malabon and their rellenong bangus but unfortunately the taste sucks and texture of the food is so different now. Even the food presentation was so unappetizing. Worst part their staff were so noisy that you will think that your not in a restaurant and they were almost shouting at each other. I will not recommend to visit this restaurant anymore

My flatmate ordered LUMPIANG GULAY for new year's eve, that's worth 60dhs, she was not able to check the ordered food when she received it because it is of course covered already. She picked up her order around 8pm. When she served it 12mn, new year, it almost TASTE SPOILED or rather you can tell it WILL NOT LAST FOR 2-3 HOURS EVEN IF YOU PUT IN FRIDGE. Don't ever order this kind of food from them, not to mention the lumpiang gulay is not that special, its not delicious, it's not good you will just waste your money.
