This place is a total rip off. Dnt ever take your vehicle down they will empty your pockets. If your vehicle is new that might be OK but if its few years old, this place has to be avoided.

Wanted £800 for work that they failed my car on its MOT. Took it to someone else who charged me £64 and 7/8ths of the failures should never have even been advisory let alone failures . I'm absolutely disgusted with this

Very friendly & thorough. Can easily speak to mechanics if so desire to understand more about fault finding. Not the cheapest, but reasonably priced for a top job. Happy to be a regular, especially compared to main dealer pricing.

Took my husband's heap Fiesta in back in January and everyone there was helpful. They gave me a complete rundown on what needed to be done and why and the work was done very well. I would happily use again, in fact i've just booked our other car in.

Was in a rush to get my MOT booked in as I had forgotten. Booked me in for the next day. MOT was completed quickly, however the vehicle did fail. The helpful staff quickly contacted me and let me know of the failure (Tyres not enough tread). They recommended me to a helpful tyre supplier (Bathwick Tyres) who changed the tyres promptly. They also gave me 2 weeks to get the car back in for the re-test (Free of Charge, unlike places like quick fit) where the vehicle subsequently passed. Very good experience, with helpful staff. Would highly recommend!

Useless place. Took the car in for an MOT, hoping they will repair anything needed then and there. Only to be told cant do it until a week later. This left me in a dilemma in that I had no car. Had I known they could not carry out any repairs I would never had taken the car to them. This means I have wasted £54 for an MOT when I could of searched a garage that could do the repairs. Ended up using another garage and pay for another MOT. Useless and wont be using them again.

Have used Chippenham MOT Station for several years now, always had good efficient service and friendly reminders when next MOT/Service due. Always nice to use local companies for that better customer care experience.

went there the other day
staff were helpfull and fitted me in quickly for an mot and I asked for 1 simple job to be done
They didnt do the job or phone me to say they could not do it , but did it a different way and charged me a lot to do it, the mot was harsh and was tested again later by a different garage with different results , how would I rate? nice people, expensive , poor communication and harsh MOT but it is there licence
